Hello! I walked in and the receptionist and another stylist were talking. They both said hello and…read morewould be right with me. I filled out some paperwork on what I was looking for with my haircut. Then I was led back to a chair to wait for Ashley as she was finishing up with another client. Her and I talked about what I wanted from my haircut and showed her a picture (first picture). She seem to know what I wanted then she turned me away from the mirror to start the haircut. I was seeing alot of hair being cut off but thought it was for the layers however when I turned to look in the mirror I wanted to cry as it looked like a boy haircut (nothing like I wanted). I had to show her where some hair was longer than the rest so she could cut it and when I got home, I found that the layers are not the same on each side of my head and the back is longer than the front which is one thing I told her I did not want. So disappointed and will definitely not be back. Now I have to wait for this haircut to grow out so I can get the one I actually wanted. The haircut I got was the second pic and that was after me styling my own hair when I got home.

When I moved to this area, I stumbled upon Kiki, and I feel so fortunate to have found her. Color correction isn't simple, and getting very dark brown hair back to dark blonde is very complicated.
