    Black sesame latte

Wow, loved this spot! It's inside an old building which has its own unique charm. Many rooms for groups to sit in and enjoy their coffee and pastries while looking at all the interesting decor and history. They had a pet friendly patio that looks out to the water, which made for a nice view while I sipped on my black sesame latte. The drinks are above average out of the coffee shops I've tried in the area. Parking by the area for the first couple hours are free

I'm new to the area and have been looking for a place to chill and have a cup of coffee, and this may be the place! Today I had a cup of drip coffee and a savory scone - both were fresh and delicious. Lots of pastries to choose from and the full range of coffee/espresso drinks available. I'm sitting by a picture window looking at the docked sailboats and Jetty Island, as well as many pedestrians walking along a paved path - looks like the path winds around the harbor for a mile or so. Quiet place to read, comfortable sofas and chairs. Service was fast and friendly, seemed to be well staffed this morning. Venue is interesting: historic building, lots of wood, interpretive plaques, lots of windows, outside deck to watch the sunset or just enjoy being outside. Much better place to chill compared to coffee chains. I'm sure I will be back.

Hidden away on the water in a really cool house looking building that you would never expect to be a coffee/whiskey place. Food/Beverage: I ordered the Rosemary Sage Latte which was not too sweet and perfectly balanced between coffee and milk with a beautiful rosemary aroma. They did not have very many food items available when I reached around 11am. Service: The barista was very friendly and helpful. Ambiance: The space is divided into multiple rooms, which were mostly full, I was able to grab a seat in the conference room which had a nice view of the harbor. There is free 2 hour parking. Great place to also take coffee to go and go for a stroll along the waterfront.

Good, not great. Let me say that this place has the vibes in full swing. However, they lost me at the pricey drinks and food. They were good, but not for that kind of money, I'd probably go to a steakhouse and get my fill that way next time. Oh, and the service was alright, didn't stop by enough for my liking but that's just me. However the folks on staff were super friendly. But don't let my opinions deter you from paying them a visit. Check them out!

It's a yes for me dawg. I went here on a Wednesday around 6pm when I had a 35 min gap between places I needed to be. Rookie mistake. I was seated immediately and my server was not happy that I wouldn't have time to explore the whole place, so he put my drink at the front of the line, brought my check, and encouraged me to walk around until I had to leave. I LOVED this solution and was so impressed at how he made sure I maximized my experience. I got a tiki drink with tequila and it was perfect. Great balance of sweetness and acidity, plus a cute garnish. Drinks here are $20+ but I felt like it was worth it. Exploring the house was incredible. So much history, views or the water, cozy velvet furniture, it was absolutely enchanting. I seriously could not believe how cool it was and am itching to go back!

We were passing through and Mackenna from Scuttlebutt pub recommended the muse and told us we must go try it out. We walked over and just made it for coffee before they were closing for cleaning to open again for evening. They were very friendly and lets us walk around the house and the vault. It is such a cute little gem, wish we could have stayed longer to go back in the evening. Coffee was perfect, strong full bodied.

This was a spot I have been wanting to try for quite some time. I went in the evening time to the bar but would love to visit in the day when it is a coffee shop. There is free two hour parking at the marina which makes getting here a breeze. This building has so much history and it was fun to grab a drink and explore the different rooms within it. Our server was so friendly and gave us a great background of the building and its history. I only had time to stay for a drink but their small bites menu intrigued me for a future visit. The pricing is pretty expensive but the venue is beautiful and the cocktails were good.

We went to Port of Everett for a stroll and ended up at The Muse whiskey, and coffee bar. Decided to grab a coffee and a pastry . Our coffees were delicious as were the pastries. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was amazing . We did not go upstairs to check out the whiskey bar, but we certainly will next time ! What a great place for a break. Soooo different!

Our server was lovely. She walked around with me and gave me some history of the building. Our cocktails were excellent, with quality ingredients but definitely on the spendy side. The speakeasy side is very cool. We also had the burrata salad, it was tasty.

Pastries still available around 2 PM.

This is a nice place to visit after a stroll around the water area. I just wished I went earlier to see more of their pastries. I got 3 pastries. One was the Apple Cinnamon, I think this was my favorite. It's pretty light and had some apples inside. Raspberry Cornetto was buttery and soft, light and not overly sweet. Great with morning coffee. Marrionberry Biscuit was suggested to me by the salesperson. Glad I took a chance, it's surprisingly buttery and not dry. Service was nice, they offered to warm up all my pastries although I took it to go. Next time will take my time and hangout at this cafe at their no assigned seating areas. Simple and casual ambience.

    Espresso martini was on point!

Morning coffee here is exactly what you want: strong! I like to grab a coffee here before heading out on the water. Come back late and the vibe flips--dim lights, great playlist, and their espresso martini is dangerously good: bold coffee kick, just enough sweetness, and perfectly chilled. Whether you're kickstarting the day or winding it down, The Muse nails both. Expectations exceeded!

I got the veggie burrito which was 10/10 but not the point. I love coffee... but I have never felt love like this before if you are addicted to adding rosemary to food. I don't mean like a couple of pieces i mean like full on sprigs... multiple.... Their rosemary honey latte made me fill the hole in my heart middle school took away I am a new woman I almost gave the barista a ring just so I could get rosemary coffee once again....

Cinnamon roll & vanilla latte. Noms!

Wow.. the most beautiful coffeeshop I've ever been to! Such a vibe just being in this historical building. The baristas were a gem and so friendly! My vanilla latte was made to perfection and my cinnamon roll was to die for. The views in each room are incredible and it was a joy viewing all the little details in each room. Tip: take a look at their historical vault by the bathrooms. So so beautiful! I had an amazing time and already planning to bring my husband next time!

Good for coffee during the day. Skip the food and drinks here. Nothing special to write home about. Not to mention overpriced for Everett.

Rhelynn, our server, was attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming without ever being overbearing. She was knowledgeable about the menu, checked in at all the right moments, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and very enjoyable. The custom cocktails were a standout. Becca clearly knows her craft--each drink was well‑balanced, creative, and thoughtfully prepared. You can tell there's real attention to detail and pride behind the bar. If you're on the fence about trying something custom, absolutely do it--you won't be disappointed. The food paired perfectly with the cocktails and rounded out a great overall experience. Between the quality of the drinks, the solid food, and the excellent service, Bluewater Distillery delivered across the board. We'll definitely be back and will be recommending this place to friends--especially if Rhelynn and Becca are working.

Updating a five-star review I left in 2023 after a recent visit. I went back and forth about…read moreupdating this review and finally decided to. My husband and I have been eating here since at least 2021 and have raved to all of our friends and family about how fantastic the cocktails and the food are here. We always bring family here for a nice dinner night when they visit from out of town, and it has been consistent since 2021 until Thursday, August 27th. We always order the same drinks, as they are our favorite. I enjoy the Limoncello Drop, and my husband always gets the Bloody Mary. I order mine with raspberry-infused vodka, and my husband gets the jalapeño-infused. His is always spicy, but flavorful. Mine is always tart and sweet. This time was different. Mine was just sweet and had a dried citrus slice floating in it, which is not how it has ever been served. My husband's Bloody Mary had a wooden stick in it and no garnish. There has never been a floating garnish in my drink, and the Bloody Mary has always come with a garnish. Sometimes it is roasted garlic, green olives, and lime. Sometimes an herb sprig and jalapeño slice; another time was garlic, jalapeño, lime, and rosemary sprig. It has never come without the care of a garnish. Additionally, his cocktail tasted terrible. It was just hot. No flavor, just hot and off-tasting. He sent it back, and later the bartender came by to apologize and said the lime juice was off and they had replaced it. He offered a new drink, which my husband declined. For dinner, we shared the Puget Sound Steamers, and for the first time the broth was bland. We usually sop up as much as we can with the bread, but it was just flavorless. I was not able to order my usual dinner selection of the Alaskan Chowder because they were out, which has never happened before, but it was not a huge deal, so I chose the Caprese Salad instead, and it was okay. My husband ordered the Rustic Mac + Cheese; we have both ordered this many times, and it has always been delicious except for this night. It tasted off too, very pasty. Almost as if the flour had not been cooked enough in the béchamel, or perhaps too much flour? It was so bland and pasty that it was sent back, too. When we spoke to the server about the mac + cheese and that it tasted like uncooked or pasty flour, she said there was no flour in it, only cheese. The menu describes the dish as a creamy béchamel, which is a flour-based sauce, so her answer surprised me. I did not press it. Sending food back is not something we enjoy doing, and we left disappointed. We were not charged for the returned items, and we appreciated that. My husband declined a replacement, so he ended up with no dinner, and we stopped somewhere else on the way home. Something was different across both the bar and the kitchen that night. I hope it was a one-off, because five years of consistency earned this place a lot of goodwill with us. At these prices, we expect more, and my husband is reluctant to go back.
