I was told 300 and called them up to confirm and for an explanation of what to expect. The not so friendly Renee told me the 300.00 included 1 month of lessons for 45 mins each and 1/week reherersal. Fine. How do I pay I asked? "Ummmm..... well you can just send me your info in an emai.....l I guess....."WTF? okay..... No thanks, I will just pay in person when I come. When I arrived Renee wasn't there and apparently neither was anyone else who could process my payment. Not only that -they were not ready for my daughter either and suggested that I take off and that she "hang out" there for about an hour and half with them. She's 8!! ok...... Surely they mean that there are some other kids perhaps in the same situation and they have some activities planned for them or something along those lines. I quickly figured out that was not the case as I watched the instructors skip out to lunch. Since no else said anything else to me I decided to sit and wait with my daughter until they returned and made time for her....A few days later I checked my bank account only to find that school of rock had charged me double. #$%^&*(. And when I called and spoke with the owners Mike and Renee, they cheerfully responded with sarcasm and reassured me again that "WE DONT GIVE A SHIT!!!!!" AND just to make sure that I got the message Mike sent me a cheerful email..with all exclaimation points..that he PERSONALLY DOESN"T GIVE 2 SHITS!!! . My next issue with these assclowns. After talking to my daughter I realized she was not receiving the private lessons I was paying for....so I emailed the owners. Who again treated me with zero respect. Ok, i get it. You are in a prime buckhead location, making money hand over fist and DONT GIVE A SHIT but really...that's just not cool. I emailed Mike AGAIN for my refund and this time he didn't respond with all all excamation points!! hey! Christina! We don't give a shit!!! So maybe I will get my well deserved refund. In the meantime, all the instructors seem nice and my mini me likes coming here..which makes the fact that owners don't care about customer service all the more incredibly frustating.

It has been so fun to watch my daughter grow in not only her musical abilities but also in her confidence and ability to interact with others Miss Jessica makes you feel comfortable, models the music well, and makes the class so much fun for everyone! She ensures it is a safe environment for all. The music selection is always so much fun, there are new songs each session with no repeats. It's impressive! The value that we have gotten from going to the music class is far greater than what we've paid and we are so thankful to have found it!

I am a stay at home mom and my daughter does not have siblings yet so I wanted to make sure she began to socialize with other young children. The music class was just what I was looking for. Parking is no issue with a large private lot. The instructions to get inside the building and to the classroom was relatively simply. We had class today and I was super impressed with how engaging Ms. Jess is. She crawled over to my baby throughout class and really made an effort to engage with her despite my daughter being being seeming unenthused. She was great at keeping everyone engaged and made sure to give each child individual attention. Admittedly, as it was my first class and we started several weeks after everyone else, I felt a little silly dancing around with my baby in my hands. But knowing I signed her up for a music class that would benefit her, however slightly at this age, made it all worth it. I loved all the props and the various stations to clean the instruments that little mouths and sticky hands explored. I am looking forward to next week and the remainder of the sessions we are signed up for!

Music Together of Decatur has brought an infinite amount of joy to my family over the past five…read moreyears! We started with the mixed-age classes when my son was a toddler and continued until he "aged out" of the Rhythm Kids class at 8 (though I'm sure Ms. Wendy would have allowed him to continue a while longer if we hadn't have moved out of the area). Over the years we attended sessions in traditional indoor settings, in senior homes, online during the first half of the pandemic, and then outside - all were an absolute delight. Each eight-week session brought new songs, and each instructor brought her own sprinkle of magic to the material. My son learned about rhythm and movement, tried out different instruments, discovered his musical "voice," and learned a whole catalog of tunes in different styles and even languages. He routinely surprises me by bursting out into a Music Together song from years ago! We have loved, loved this program; it has been a part of our family life and is woven into the memories of my son's early years. I cannot recommend it enough. Music Together of Decatur is a gem.

There is no voice mail. Service phone often rings for 20 rings (gave up after then) and never is answered. The people in the store know about these problems, but the corporate office does nothing to fix it. The corporate call center went so far as to tell me they couldn't control the hours on Google. What? Again, less than stellar workers. Also, personnel is not properly trained. ie: I was told I could get a flute repair done in a week, then I found out it was a month...after I flew to the USA with my flute from another country. So, I bought a new flute. I asked the service department to check it over completely as I did not live in the USA and wanted to make sure there were no issues. Note this was a rather expensive silver flute. They gave it to me saying it was perfect. Well, it wasn't! The interior was filthy...used. The f# key leaks. I am flying back to the USA. It took me 12 phone calls including 2 useless calls to the call center before I could speak to someone. I was promised a call back from the call center in 40 minutes. Never called. Bottom line is, good selection, knowledgeable sales people, lousy service and not the brightest in the call center. I think some of the staff is good at some of the stores, but really, they need training.

Store manager Jon Bon insisted on restringing the floor model for him. He and Billy Darling have been on the staff for decades. Added a hard case and off we went. When my wife asked for a refund for the remaining lessons we already paid for the owner refused. Also, they are more concerned with complaining about the government than giving lessons. Everytime I took my kids in for lessons I was there for atleast twice as long because they never would start on time. I finally decided to go to a more professional organization
