Two years left on a maximum ten year shelf life isn't "fresh", as their site claims the batteries are. Tried contacting using their web form - no response. Tried emailing - no response. There's nothing wrong with the batteries that I ordered from them they're perfectly fine even the price is good but the customer service is the worst ever! I purchased the wrong item by mistake instead of ordering AA batteries I ordered AAA. I contacted them after receiving the item to exchange it not to return it and I even told them that I'll pay the shipping cost but the response was "NO" they refused to exchange it I never ask for the return I asked for an exchange and the return shipping fee is on me as I said.
