I scheduled an appointment specifically with the owner, Nancy, but when I arrived, she tried to pass me off to another nail technician. I reminded her that my appointment was with her and requested that she do my pedicure as planned. She appeared visibly annoyed but proceeded. Nancy rushed through the entire pedicure, and at one point even cut me with the nail clippers. The entire service lasted only 27 minutes from start to finish -- it felt rushed, careless, and far from relaxing. I will not be returning.

It's upsetting that she cares more to make quick 30$ than continuing relationships with people in town. I feel completely scammed.
