Hanging out and decided to get my nails done...definitely needed a medipedi! I used around me to find the closest one and Yelp to see the reviews. Riña was close to where I'm staying and had 4. The shop is nice with an uncluttered and clean decor. The staff was friendly and professional. Kim did my nails and she was awesome! I felt like I was in an upscale spa! I liked that she realized I was listening to my music and didn't try to converse overly much too. I ended up adding a wax too and Kim excelled at that too! My eyebrows are thin and she shaped them perfectly. read more

The place needs to work on the plumbing because the water they take to clean your feet stinks like shit and then the girls don't even know how to speak English, they are from Venezuela, they do your nails and they don't even last four days. The Vietnamese ladies they know how to do nails. That's for sure. They are so professional. There's none of that here. read more

I booked a pedicure for a Sunday morning as I was having some ingrown toe nail issues. The place was clean and spacious. The nail tech did an amazing job on my toe nails. It hurt but that's because the previous place I went to didn't take care of it. Now I have no pain and my toes look great. I highly recommend this place. Also, the chair massager was amazing! The prices were reasonable and I didn't wait much for her to get started. read more

The employees were very clearly talking about my friend's feet while giving her pedicure (they did not realize I understood Spanish). I got a pedicure, acrylic with dip powder and eyebrow wax. Every single service fell below standards. I received the dip powder tip extensions and they all popped off within 5 days. The nails were TOO LONG and I asked four times to cut them down more. Not everyone is looking to follow the long trend. My eyebrows look untouched basically. The pedicure was the best of the three and still not that great. read more

Rina Nails was amazing. Came in with my family to treat them to a pedi and mani. Since I was here I decided to treat my working rough hands to a manicure. Laura was the one who did my manicure and she did an great job. She was also friendly and very helpful. Both Rina herself and her husband were in when we came into the shop. They were very welcoming, friendly and helpful when it came to answering our questions since we are not from the area. The shop looked very clean, modern and has a relaxing and welcoming vibe. It's gorgeous inside and very clean! I love the interior decorating. I visited during Christmas time so all the workers were wearing Christmas PJ's, very cute and welcoming vibe! Along with the modern decor they had Christmas decor up and Christmas music videos playing on the TV screen while I got my pedi done. It was a nice experience! I got a regular pedi and a gel manicure. I'm visiting the area and I never get my nails done at a salon but just wanted to treat myself. Glad I chose this location! I came here spontaneously and my naturally nails are usually nice and long but one broke so I appreciate her being able to trim my nails down and shape them nicely with a shorter length than I'm used to. I'm satisfied with how they came out! Its Christmas Eve and fairly busy, and they're very accommodating with walk ins. We were staying at the Vistana Resort & they recommended this Salon. It was a wonderful experience! Their massage chairs for my fabulous pedicure made it even better. I found this business thru yelp and it did not disappoint. I came in with my partner in crime and we needed a pedicure badly. I got Erica to do my pedicure. She was everything I needed and understood my needs! Very friendly staff and the location was nice and clean. Everyone was nice and had a big smile! I wish I could remember the name of the young lady who did my pedicure. I tried to schedule an appointment online and it would not work for me, I called and the person answering was amazing. She scheduled my appointment and was very pleasant. When I came to my appointment, I was treated with care. The young lady who did my pedicure was kind, she listened to me, asked important questions to be sure she would not hurt my legs. She massaged my legs, feet, pulled my toes and I could have taken a good nap. I was truly in Heaven. Before I left, she made sure that my toes were dry and wished me a happy holidays. Although this place gave me the best dipping powder and my nails endured the longest, I will not be returning to this place. I went to this place as my usual was close due to COVID-19. But paying $53 for this took me by surprise. I was informed it starts at 30, and yes, they will inform you that removing the cuticle is $1 extra. But for $54 I can get a regular pedi and dip powder at my usual place. And this was including a cast member discount. Although the service was great, I found out about the technician's life more than some of my friends. And I don't mind sharing our lives, but it made me scared and very self aware of what I don't want to be stressed out when having my nails done u know? It's very 1st world problems, which is exactly why I can't think of a reason to go back. read more

I have gotten dip twice before and it was fine but, this last time the lady made my nails bleed which is not a big deal but they looked messy. It then chipped the first day so I went back the next day and they "fixed it" my just filing the nail not even putting more polish on but now it hasn't even been a week and three of my nails have chipped and one has a full crack in it. read more

The worst experience ever, i went in for a fill in and pedi and everything was so rushed the lady that did the pedi who speaks no English did it in less then 20mins didn't take her time cause she was ready to go home since i was her last client . The nails weren't that great either i having different sized nails and she also charged an extra $5 for no reason maybe just in case i wasn't going to tip . I would never come here again especially spending $90 on rushed work read more

I received a pedicure and a dip nails. For starters, when my nail tech was working my my cuticles on my big toe, she made me bleed. I told her she was hurting me multiple time. Then we got to my finger nails. I had dip nails over my natural nails. When she was shaping my nails and cleaning up the dip powder, she kept hitting the tool against my cuticles. She then decided to use a nail file and that was worse. My cuticles on 5 fingers are scabbing from her horrible filing. She was not gentle nor did she seem to know what she was doing. I get my nails done once every three weeks or so back home and have for more than 8 years. I needed a place near where I was staying while in Orlando. I would never go back to this salon since they do not care to take care of their clients and injure them without realizing it. read more

For my wife's Birthday, my daughter treated her to a manicure and pedicure. They went in and the place was nice and the tech was great. However, the overage of charges was immense for two people totaling 150. In addition, within 2 days my wife's gel manicure started to chip, along with my daughter also began coming off. As we were on vacation and not staying in the area, it was a total loss. read more

My boyfriend and I both got pedicures and our experiences were very different. His tech was great and did an amazing massage. My tech slapped my legs twice and called it a day. I paid for the "signature" pedicure and did not get the callous removal or the foot mask advertised. My nails turned out terrible with splotches and the big toes looking completely different than the rest. If all the techs were like my boyfriend's I would go back, but I paid $10 more for only a sugar scrub and a different lotion and nothing else. And I'm unsatisfied with the polish. read more

This review is long overdue! I visited Rina Nails & Spa on a quick trip to Orlando and really needed a new gel mani & pedi. When I entered the salon, I was greeted by the sweetest owner, Rina. She was very tentative and made me feel so welcomed. In fact, her whole staff was really nice and professional. Came here after reviews pointed me in this direction. Do not waste your time or money. My nails are atrocious. Barbie got polish all over my cuticles and fingers, uneven application, and took an hour and a half. Advertised at $35, my manicure was $45 before the tip I begrudgingly paid. Upcharged for cuticle cutting, where she only did my right hand and when addressed about my left she claimed she already did it. After 5 thick coats, I was upcharged for a gel topcoat, where you can see the uneven and scratched dip clearly underneath. On top of it all, my friends cuticles are bleeding from the poor service of another tech. Skip the frustration and pick a different salon. read more

This place is professional and offers a great touch. It is large and very relaxing. The pedicure stations are separated from the manicure stations. The spa pedicures are far enough apart to offer safe nail care during the pandemic. The space was clean, offered hand sanitizer, staff wore masks and gloves. Not all the customers were wearing masks but we elected to wear them. We opted for the upgraded pedicure for $45. It included the standard nail service plus a sugar scrub, lotion massage, hot towel, and polish. It was so pleasant after long days of walking. I really could have sat there for another 30 minutes just getting a massage. The spa chairs are also massage chairs that are very pleasant. The business owner shared that they have been grateful for customers that are visiting during the pandemic as it's been hard on small businesses. In terms of snacks, this ain't the Ritz, but there are some trail mix goodies in the quiet area. And the day pass at the Ritz is double this cost here... so, this lady right here had herself some trail mix after that. Overall, staff was lovely, facilities were healing.

The packages can't be beat. We were in town for a half marathon and the last time we did one, we were in a lot of pain the days following. Decided to see if a massage would make a difference. Boy did it! The next day I felt great. We got sports massages which really worked our muscles. It hurt so good while I was getting it and I feel fine the next day. Also got an express facial, foot massage (great goodness) and our hands dipped in paraffin which left them so soft. While we waited we could take advantage of a foot massage machine. Can't recommend them enough.

Support local businesses during COVID 19…read more A friend and I both went with the spa special. The massage and facial were both outstanding. The only disappointment was the paraffin hand. Due to COVID, you can no longer dip your whole hand in the wax...pouring some wax into a bag just didn't have the same effect and failed to cover the whole hand. Spa seemed very clean and well run. I'll go back in the future.
