Hanging out and decided to get my nails done...definitely needed a medipedi! I used around me to find the closest one and Yelp to see the reviews. Riña was close to where I'm staying and had 4. The shop is nice with an uncluttered and clean decor. The staff was friendly and professional. Kim did my nails and she was awesome! I felt like I was in an upscale spa! I liked that she realized I was listening to my music and didn't try to converse overly much too. I ended up adding a wax too and Kim excelled at that too! My eyebrows are thin and she shaped them perfectly. read more

I booked a pedicure for a Sunday morning as I was having some ingrown toe nail issues. The place was clean and spacious. The nail tech did an amazing job on my toe nails. It hurt but that's because the previous place I went to didn't take care of it. Now I have no pain and my toes look great. I highly recommend this place. Also, the chair massager was amazing! The place needs to work on the plumbing because the water they take to clean your feet stinks like shit and then the girls don't even know how to speak English, they are from Venezuela, they do your nails and they don't even last four days. The Vietnamese ladies they know how to do nails. That's for sure. They are so professional. There's none of that here. read more

The employees were very clearly talking about my friend's feet while giving her pedicure (they did not realize I understood Spanish). I got a pedicure, acrylic with dip powder and eyebrow wax. Every single service fell below standards. I received the dip powder tip extensions and they all popped off within 5 days. The nails were TOO LONG and I asked four times to cut them down more. Not everyone is looking to follow the long trend. My eyebrows look untouched basically. The pedicure was the best of the three and still not that great. read more

Rina Nails was amazing. Came in with my family to treat them to a pedi and mani. Since I was here I decided to treat my working rough hands to a manicure. Laura was the one who did my manicure and she did an great job. She was also friendly and very helpful. Both Rina herself and her husband were in when we came into the shop. They were very welcoming, friendly and helpful when it came to answering our questions since we are not from the area. The shop looked very clean, modern and has a relaxing and welcoming vibe. It's gorgeous inside and very clean! I love the interior decorating. I visited during Christmas time so all the workers were wearing Christmas PJ's, very cute and welcoming vibe! Along with the modern decor they had Christmas decor up and Christmas music videos playing on the TV screen while I got my pedi done. It was a nice experience! I got a regular pedi and a gel manicure. I'm visiting the area and I never get my nails done at a salon but just wanted to treat myself. Glad I chose this location! I came here spontaneously and my naturally nails are usually nice and long but one broke so I appreciate her being able to trim my nails down and shape them nicely with a shorter length than I'm used to. I'm satisfied with how they came out! Its Christmas Eve and fairly busy, and they're very accommodating with walk ins. We were staying at the Vistana Resort & they recommended this Salon. It was a wonderful experience! Their massage chairs for my fabulous pedicure made it even better. I wish I could remember the name of the young lady who did my pedicure. I tried to schedule an appointment online and it would not work for me, I called and the person answering was amazing. She scheduled my appointment and was very pleasant. When I came to my appointment, I was treated with care. The young lady who did my pedicure was kind, she listened to me, asked important questions to be sure she would not hurt my legs. She massaged my legs, feet, pulled my toes and I could have taken a good nap. I was truly in Heaven. Before I left, she made sure that my toes were dry and wished me a happy holidays. Although this place gave me the best dipping powder and my nails endured the longest, I will not be returning to this place. I went to this place as my usual was close due to COVID-19. But paying $53 for this took me by surprise. I was informed it starts at 30, and yes, they will inform you that removing the cuticle is $1 extra. But for $54 I can get a regular pedi and dip powder at my usual place. And this was including a cast member discount. Although the service was great, I found out about the technician's life more than some of my friends. And I don't mind sharing our lives, but it made me scared and very self aware of what I don't want to be stressed out when having my nails done u know? It's very 1st world problems, which is exactly why I can't think of a reason to go back. read more

I have gotten dip twice before and it was fine but, this last time the lady made my nails bleed which is not a big deal but they looked messy. It then chipped the first day so I went back the next day and they "fixed it" my just filing the nail not even putting more polish on but now it hasn't even been a week and three of my nails have chipped and one has a full crack in it. read more

The worst experience ever, i went in for a fill in and pedi and everything was so rushed the lady that did the pedi who speaks no English did it in less then 20mins didn't take her time cause she was ready to go home since i was her last client . The nails weren't that great either i having different sized nails and she also charged an extra $5 for no reason maybe just in case i wasn't going to tip . I would never come here again especially spending $90 on rushed work read more

I received a pedicure and a dip nails. For starters, when my nail tech was working my my cuticles on my big toe, she made me bleed. I told her she was hurting me multiple time. Then we got to my finger nails. I had dip nails over my natural nails. When she was shaping my nails and cleaning up the dip powder, she kept hitting the tool against my cuticles. She then decided to use a nail file and that was worse. My cuticles on 5 fingers are scabbing from her horrible filing. She was not gentle nor did she seem to know what she was doing. I get my nails done once every three weeks or so back home and have for more than 8 years. I needed a place near where I was staying while in Orlando. I would never go back to this salon since they do not care to take care of their clients and injure them without realizing it. read more

For my wife's Birthday, my daughter treated her to a manicure and pedicure. They went in and the place was nice and the tech was great. However, the overage of charges was immense for two people totaling 150. In addition, within 2 days my wife's gel manicure started to chip, along with my daughter also began coming off. As we were on vacation and not staying in the area, it was a total loss. read more

My boyfriend and I both got pedicures and our experiences were very different. His tech was great and did an amazing massage. My tech slapped my legs twice and called it a day. I paid for the "signature" pedicure and did not get the callous removal or the foot mask advertised. My nails turned out terrible with splotches and the big toes looking completely different than the rest. If all the techs were like my boyfriend's I would go back, but I paid $10 more for only a sugar scrub and a different lotion and nothing else. And I'm unsatisfied with the polish. read more

Came here after reviews pointed me in this direction. Do not waste your time or money. My nails are atrocious. Barbie got polish all over my cuticles and fingers, uneven application, and took an hour and a half. Advertised at $35, my manicure was $45 before the tip I begrudgingly paid. Upcharged for cuticle cutting, where she only did my right hand and when addressed about my left she claimed she already did it. After 5 thick coats, I was upcharged for a gel topcoat, where you can see the uneven and scratched dip clearly underneath. On top of it all, my friends cuticles are bleeding from the poor service of another tech. Skip the frustration and pick a different salon. read more

It included the standard nail service plus a sugar scrub, lotion massage, hot towel, and polish. It was so pleasant after long days of walking. The packages can't be beat. We were in town for a half marathon and the last time we did one, we were in a lot of pain the days following. Decided to see if a massage would make a difference. Boy did it! The next day I felt great. We got sports massages which really worked our muscles. It hurt so good while I was getting it and I feel fine the next day. Also got an express facial, foot massage (great goodness) and our hands dipped in paraffin which left them so soft. While we waited we could take advantage of a foot massage machine. Due to COVID, you can no longer dip your whole hand in the wax...pouring some wax into a bag just didn't have the same effect and failed to cover the whole hand. Spa seemed very clean and well run. I'll go back in the future.

My experience here was absolutely perfect! My review actually starts the night before where a customer service rep answered my questions and was super attentive to me even though my message went through after normal business hours. I've never dealt with a company that was so responsive and thoughtful in that way and they made my decision to go there for the first time an easy one. I made the appointment there (and I was getting my WEDDING NAILS done so it was a big deal to me) and they treated me like a superstar from start to finish. The whole staff as far as I could tell was friendly, took their time, and did a quality job. My nail technician Liz did beautiful and thoughtful work and was personable as can be. My nails came out exactly like I wanted them and I never felt pressured or misled into more expensive packages (which is common at some nail salons). 5/5, definitely recommend if you are in this area! read more

I didn't have time before leaving for vacation to get a pedicure so I decided to go when getting here. I did some research and called around. I couldn't believe Rina Nails & Spa was able to get me in first thing on a Saturday morning during Spring Break Week. I LOVED Lynda! She was personable and able to hold a conversation while doing my nails. I have very short, thin nails. They are not easy to work with and I didn't want length. She did amazing! I love getting dip because it last a long time. My total was $98 for a pedicure with shellac and dip on my nails. I enjoyed my time but was out quick enough that I didn't feel like I was robbed of pool time. The salon was super cute and clean. I also loved that there was who I am assuming the owner at the desk at all times. Phone calls were answered quickly and technicians could focus on their clients. I highly recommend! read more

I was staying at the Hilton Resorts when I searched the internet for a place to have my acrylic nails filled in, I found Rina Nails and read the reviews. I was concerned that because this salon is located among many resorts and hotels the prices would be sky-high. What a delightful surprise! The place was as lovely as everyone has mentioned. The prices were right in line with what I pay at home, Mike, the nail tech did an excellent job, like really excellent, and Rina created the perfect ''coffin'' acrylic nails for my teenaged granddaughter. Visiting from Miami. Came across this new salon by Yelp. Beautiful immaculate salon. The owner is absolutely precious. The decor and space is just lovely. Next door to a Starbucks to add! My nails are pure perfection. I got a gel manicure that is on point!! My daughters nails are the best I have ever seen. All the staff were super friendly and so welcoming. In town this week for a vacation with my wife. I needed a pedicure really bad. I searched the area and found Rina Nails & Spa. The staff were friendly and very attentive. Barbie took care of me with Rina Nails & Spa's best pedicure service. I was VERY IMPRESSED with Barbie with her care for excellent service. My feet are clean and trimmed to my wife's expectations. I went to rina's regularly a f ew years ago when I lived in Orlando. I loved back home to NJ and have been unable to get here due to Covid etc.. This joint is an oasis in the urban desert, a happy getaway from my day-to-day grind. I came here for a spa day with some friends and it was exquisite. Everyone love the 25-minute massage. Though it was pretty busy, so we were surprised by how clean the place was. We seriously could spend a whole weekend here. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Here in Orlando on vacation and came here for a mani and pedi, experience was great. Staff was very welcoming! You can tell attention to detail is important to them. Rina nails great place to come by for nail spa services and everyone is very friendly and meet your needs. Super modern the design inside. Plenty of colors to choose from they have matching pairs for regular and gel polish. They also do dipping powder which is great for the nails no damaging over 100 colors. read more

Despite the pandemic, I ventured out for a mani/pedi. This was a repeat trip to Rina's for me, yet the first time in since COVID showed up. The salon is clean, quiet and relaxing.
