The salon is clean, quiet, and doesn't have a strong polish smell like other spots I've tried. The staff is kind and efficient. My gel manicure lasts 2-3 weeks without chipping. I called Tuesday for a 1:30 appointment on Wednesday for my girlfriend and I. It was confirmed. On my way at 1:15 they called to say we were late and they were cancelling our appointment because they had a 2:00. My girlfriend and I have been going there every month for years. This is the second time I went here. First time was not bad. Toe nails looked good when I left. Today I went and was a totally different experience. Most of the girls working there looked to be 18-20 years old. That's not enough time to go through cosmetology school! The young lady doing my toe nails used a cuticle pusher on my big toe, and sliced open the side of toe nail bed. It bled! And it hurt. She was also under the weather and was sneezing and hacking, should not be doing services being sick. Nothing about the pedicure was nice. Then she painted my nails. They looked like my 6 year old painted them. I said no, they look terrible. She just tried to clean up all the edges. I said no, repaint. She did, but during the process of taking my polish off, she opened the cut back up and it BURNED like heck. I was too annoyed to say anything at that point. Repolish wasn't much improvement. Nail bed was covered in blood and she painted over. Unfortunately this place is a salon I will NEVER return to, and I warn others. I just hope no infection sets in from dirty instruments read more

I've been getting my nails done basically on a continual basis for over 20 years. This place is one of the best I've ever been to and more recently I find myself regretting when I go elsewhere. I was a regular at another salon that had changed ownership AND I moved to the Collegeville area. I've gotten consistently great acrylic / gel nails and pedicures since they've opened their doors. They work hard to give you what you want ( only once I went and and the nails were too thick)I explained the next time I went what I wanted and they executed them perfectly. I was not going to leave a review--I made an appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes stuck in the foot bath because there were too many customers. The person who did my nails was nice though and she did a good job. Unfortunately I now have an infection in my toe so I definitely will not be back and felt the need to warn others. read more

Price is $20 for refill and certain polishes can be extra depending on what they are. Prices went up from what they were before. Okay services but had to wait 30 minutes even with an appointment. I had a gift certificate that expired 2/2019. They didn't honor it.. so make sure you use up your gift card before the expiration date. I used to like it when it was andas. Def not the same. Horrible. My nails are uneven and not smooth (I did the dip for my nails) took the women two and a half hours almost just to do them... and on top of it they keep catching onto my clothes. The nail trimmers aren't even in sanitizer! Extremely dirty and the staff is not that friendly. I won't come back. read more

I have been here a few times before but it was at least 2 years ago. My niece, daughter and myself went on Saturday. I decided on this one because I remembered how reasonably priced it was, plus they do good work. Well nothing could have been further from the truth - in regards to the price. We all asked for pedicures and I also got a full set with gel polish. First, we were NEVER shown the different options for the pedicures...like other places will do. I let my daughter get gel polish for her toes since I was only getting it on my finger nails. Which generally is an additional $5 or $10. So I was the last to finish up and we go to the register. I almost passed out when she gives me the total...$120 for two pedicures and a set. At the very maximum I was thinking it was going to be $80. My issue with this is that we were not informed prior to having this done how much it would be. It was only after I questioned why it was so expensive did she tell me that because my 10 year old daughter got "gel" hers was just as just as much as an adult (which is $45)...otherwise it would have cost $19. And by the way there are no prices visible in the salon. OK, now me and my niece both got regular polish; however, ours was still $45. I am assuming the gel is referring to the type of pedicure. I really hope this is not their basic package they are providing? I believe that since they are offering a service, it is their responsibility to make sure the consumer is properly informed of ALL their options prior to receiving it. My niece is a struggling college student who works really hard to be able to afford these once in a blue moon treats. Needless to say that is too rich for my blood so I will not be returning. read more

I've been a customer at the previous salon for 10+ years and have seen it change hands a couple of times. The Nail House is a refreshing change. Clean and updated. New owners, new gels, new lacquers, new pedicure stations, new sinks, new drying station, and painted. Yes, prices have increased slightly which is reasonable after so many positive changes. Employees are quiet but professional and I never hear them complain. I have witnessed a few customers being not so friendly and the staff always reacted with a courteous demeanor. I appreciate the relaxing vibe that they are trying to promote. I like to chill out for the hour that I spend in there before returning to a busy life and The Nail House has made it easier to do so. I highly recommend this place for a gel manicure. My nails have always turned out great and it lasts at least two weeks or longer with no chips or peeling. Not friendly and employees speak limited English. Difficult to ask specific questions. They advertise chair massage, expensive, and no one has the experience or training to do it correctly. You're better off going to Collegeville Nails where everyone is friendly and the owner also works there, if there's problem, she takes care of it immediately. read more

Ive been once since the name changed... I was never here when it was Anda, so I can't compare. But I think this place is great. Awesome color selection, and the place is clean. I got a basic manicure and pedicure (no gel or anything) and I NEVER had a manicure last so long without chipping! If you're looking for a staff who's going to chat you up the entire time you're there and be your new best friend, maybe it won't be the best fit... but personally I don't need or want that, I'm not one for small talk.
