One of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've had in a long time. I came into The Nail Lounge at Coconut Point for a repair on ONE nail after having my nails done there just last week. Instead of taking care of a returning customer, I sat there and watched 3 people (whom arrived after me) get seated before I did. Not one employee acknowledged it, explained it, or seemed to care. The complete lack of respect for customers time is unbelievable. If someone spends money at your salon and comes back because a repair is needed, the least you can do is treat them like their business matters. Instead, I was made to feel invisible. After being ignored while multiple walk-ins were taken ahead of me, I finally got fed up and walked out. And I will never be back. Honestly, this is one of the reasons so many people are giving up on nail salons altogether and learning to do their own nails. People are tired of paying premium prices only to be treated as if their time and loyalty mean absolutely nothing. There are too many salons competing for business to tolerate this kind of service. If customer service matters to you, I would look elsewhere. read more

This was by far the worst experience my mother has ever had. The place had dirty towels, unsanitary conditions, and zero attention to hygiene. But the worst part? They drilled her toenails so aggressively that she's still in pain just from touching them. Completely unacceptable. We wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Technicians don't speak English, owner has to translate everything. She mistakingly put Gel base coat on my nails with a regular mani/pedi. I had to go back to have removed where she sanded my nails to get it off. Ghis is why I don't get Gel. Two weeks later my nails are brittle and broken. I'd like to give no stars. Came to get dip removed and gel manicure. Horrible attitude basically abused me was bleeding while getting my nails done. Worst polish job and instead of cleaning let's just rub the left over powder from taking it off into the skin so now I have glue all over my hand I can't get off read more

I have given this location 2 chances and I could NEVER recommend anyone to come here for a quality mani or pedi. BOTH times my gel polish has just peeled off. I went in December and had the worst experience. A young girl was doing my pedicure, she was so sweet but she kept getting yelled at my the older women working there, assuming because it was close to the holidays I could only guess they were trying to rush her. Ultimately she did my whole pedicure but never cut my nails WTF another employee came and painted my toenails in lightning speed and BOOM on to the next. In less than a week the color was coming off. I went in last week for a gel manicure to give the place another chance, WHAT A MISTAKE. My polish was clumped uneven and thick, and starting peeling off within 3 days !!! Clearly it's an issue with their products and by the look at some other reviews they don't care. I won't be returning. read more

Horrible customer service...not only did my nails break off after 2 days, but when I called for a refund on the bad service they refused. Not only am I losing $80 for nails that lasted for two days, but I had to walk around with broken nails on my vacation. Apparently I did this purposely and wanted to embarrass myself with broken nails. This is not the only time this has happened. They have fixed them for me on previous times. I just wanted my money back for the nail service. I was not asking for the full refund because I did like my pedicure. They told me to dispute it as fraud through my bank which is illegal...I don't want to take their money but just get it back for the service that was done incorrectly. I truly wish I didn't have to leave a single star, because this is BY FAR THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER IN MY LIFE VISITED FOR a pedicure. THE WORST EVER. When I tell you I am considering opening up a lawsuit, I mean it. This place is horrific. I went in for my fiancés birthday and decided to get both of us pedicures. I decided to get the deluxe pedi with paraffin WAX, and MY FEET HAVE NEVER BEEN THE SAME. I have been treating them for the last 6 months on my own and NOTHING HAS HELPED THE DAMAGE CAUSED BY THIS PLACE. Something they put on me and my fiancés feet have caused our skin to grow back BROKEN and in a rough way Permanently.. as if it is textured and that wasn't the case before! My feet were always soft and smooth! Now the skin under my feet gets caught on the rug at my bedside daily! It's aggravating! And NOTHING I DO changes it! I have even invested in a smoothing machine to polish my feet and yet the skin still grows back broken, uneven, and rough. I am soooo beyond infuriated with this salon. I come from Miami and would get my feet done regularly at many salons and never have I ever had an issue with my feet prior to this. It was overpriced and on top of THAT, very DAMAGING to my feet! I fear they are never going to be the same! And I suggest you RUN in the opposite direction when considering a pedicure at this place. RUNNNN!!! read more

Awful service and they over charged me again. I decided to try it again because the Levi ire is solid. But they screw you on hand/nail service. They type custom and add all these fees. I had acrylic on and we did a new set. They charged me to take it off, then charged it for filing and shaping on top of that. Acrylic set is $35. They charged me custom $60. My person kept stopping to get on her phone and talk to her coworkers. Very very unprofessional crooks here. It's a shame because great decor and location. When they first opened I was pleased, finally a sigh of relief that I had found a place that did quality work and took their time. The last several times I've been disappointed and my nails have been different lengths and shapes and often have a marble finish after 1 day. I used to go back to have them fix them and it's always somehow my fault the gel polish turned marbly and lumpy. I usually get the higher end pedicure because I enjoy the massage aspect but it has gotten less and less and less each time. I'm paying well over $130 per visit for unsatisfactory work. Also be expected to pay a different price each time with no explanation. It's whatever they want to punch in for that day. You can't bring this up to the manager/owners because they are too busy worried about each other, on their phones, texting, forgetting the step they are on your nails and stopping services every few nails to yell at each other. Do yourself a favor and find a different salon who has good customer service. It's unfortunate as they started off so well but then get too comfortable with returning regulars that you become their most rushed customers to their new waiting customers. You can kiss your long pedicures goodbye if someone is waiting because they just want to turn and burn more customers out. It's all about the money here. This will be my last visit. read more

Horrible service. I got there around 5:06 they claim to close at 7 per hours listed on door. The girl that did my pedicure was rough as can be she cut me on 3 different spots. I should have listened to myself and just walked out but instead I decided to get a dip manicure. That was even worse it was rushed. The workers kept rushing to clean hurriedly while they had people being serviced. It's only 6:15 by this time. The guy doing my manicure looks irritated in the middle of doing my nails he leaves to go check his cell phone. My nails are horrible they look like a 3 year old did them. I've never seen such a atrocious job. I spent all night trying to soak them off as soon I left that place. The dip is so think they literally look like I have bubbles on my finger tips. Some more people came in after everyone had left and the staff looked so irritated to help them. I've never seen a nail spa close almost an hour and a half before close time everyone left running out while they still have people. The staff that did remain you could tell was annoyed.
