Was a very painful experience as she was filling my skin nails came out all different sizes and she had to redo them took 2 and half hours for dipping and extremely dissatisfied. It's been a while since I had the service but, the last nail tech did a horrible job on my nail set. They were thick and ugly, and I'm specific about what I want. Plus l'd always spend at least $90 or $100 and up plus the tip whenever I went. I tried to get the same person that did it before but they either said she was off or booked. I had a great experience at the Nail Lounge this past Saturday. It was my first time at this salon, and my first time getting a mani in 2 years since a previous mani I got somewhere else had been terrible and I hadn't wanted to try again. I arrived on time and the nail tech who had been assigned to me was not there. After about 5-10 minutes they assigned me a different tech (Milly) which was the best thing that could have happened because she was AWESOME. I got a NextGen mani and she was very knowledgeable, explained the process and answered any questions I had. I have definitely found my new nail tech/place! I dinged them one star only because the ladies at the front - although super nice - did not explain what was happening when my original tech hadn't shown up, so I was awkwardly standing there not knowing what was going on or what to do while other clients who arrived after me where being taken back as soon as they arrived. I had been going to this salon for almost 3 years. The girls at the front desk are always friendly. It's easy to make an appointment, and you get text reminders. My favorite part about it, of course, is my technician Orieliz. I had been going to her loyally and always happy with her work. She makes my acrylic nails look so natural! No one could guess they are acrylics! She really takes the time to make sure that you leave happy! The only criticism I would have is that they could really benefit from someone who knows how to do eyebrows. It's always just okay. read more

Came to this salon to get my nails done while in town. They have great reviews online, but I wasn't impressed. It felt like a factory, busy and loud, and very impersonal. Granted my nails turned out great, I just didn't like the overall experience. They have about 10 pedicure chairs and even more manicure stations. The nail technicians seemed to be individually employed (using salon space) versus employees of the owner of the salon, which probably made up for a lot of the impersonalization. You can't tip on your credit card, cash only. Also they take soft appointments - you and a technician can be ready, but if a pedicure chair isn't open, you have to wait (this happened to me). And their color selections for non-gel polish are lacking. The pluses are that they do a good job, the technicians speak English, and they have a large alcohol menu you can order from (prices are in my photo). Overall I'd recommend going to a less busy, more personal salon for a relaxing time. read more

If you go to this nail salon, do not accept services by Lynn. She is unprofessional and rude! She will commit to doing what you ask in a manicure, but then do whatever she wants. Then when you complain she will tell you she did her best, to go somewhere else! Then she will proceed to aggressively remove the acrylic full set of your teenager. I came here to do a gel mani last minute because of its convenient location by my job. I was contemplating getting a white mani done because multiple coats are required, and I hate how thick gel mani's look. My manicurist assured me it wouldn't look thick, however it did, and there's a bunch of bubbles on my nails as well. Apparently they charge you extra for OPI colors as well, something I found odd especially being that they don't carry Essie. You also need to carry cash for tip, and my gel mani came out to $35. Not a bad price, and I will be coming back due to its location. However I will most likely be making appointments with one of the better technicians for future visits. read more

Just had a pedicure done their with my mom. When booking the appointment I asked for the regular pedicure that was the $27 one on their website to whoever I spoke to on the phone and she said no problem. I then told her I wanted someone who is gentle because my feet are sensitive. She said she was going to make a note of it and that wouldn't be a problem. They put me with Steven, as he started doing my pedicure he started to lift my toe nail (my big toe) and it HURT SO BAD. When I looked at my nail at the part he lifted he lifted it so much that part of my nail was a different color then my natural nail. As I'm walking to my car my toe is still hurting. He didn't shape them or file them evenly. Didn't even cut the sides of my nails. When I went to pay they told me it was $29 I asked why it wasn't $27 and when I spoke to a person on the phone I said I wanted the $27 and the girl up front said our pedicures our $29. I said well whoever I spoke to didn't correct me on the price because I kept saying $27. Overall I will not be going back and my experience there for the first time going to that salon was awful. The Nail Lounge does have a few experienced technicians and pleasant staff, however they need consistency. When I used to go here, the pedicures I got were either okay or mediocre... never amazing. I think the space is something they need to reconsider as it's very cramped and unappealing. There's no positives about the design, except maybe the bar. Lol. I think what keeps the place in business is loyal customers coming back to their favorite technician, time and time again. However, management seriously needs to up their game and with the money they have, they need to invest in a better overall atmosphere. read more

Booked an appointment for nail design, when I got there I showed the receptionist the design I wanted.She said yes it can be done and walked me to the lady that would be doing my nails. When I set down I showed the lady the design she said yes she can do it. Ok so she starts and when it came time to do the design she calls on someone else to do it because she said it was complicated. That someone else was busy so they got someone else to do the design. I have been coming here for about 2 years now and have been with different nail artist who have done an amazing job! Recently I have found my amazing nail artist Sami I love her and her work! She can do it all! Acrylic, Dip, Gel, pedicure all of it and it always comes out amazing. I've always been one to go for a simple color but getting my nails done by her has opened me to some new colors and styles. She does my nails, my sisters, and my moms. I am beyond disappointed with Nail Lounge. I use to think this was the best place in Weston! I've been disappointed three times now & that was the last straw I kept wanting to giving it a chance because I used to love it, but now every time I go, the nail tech is in a rush. I got my DIP POWDER nails done on Monday. It's Thursday & they're already broken, bumpy all of the above. She didn't take her time with my nails she was rushing through it because she was tired. At first when I was there the lady that did my nails was super sweet, the nails did come out to the same length and shape as I requested. The only thing that didn't come out good was the ending parting of it, I have cuts and left over polish on the side of my nails. My fingers are currently in pain , pretty much super discomforting. I moved to do my pedi, pedi came out decent thing is my nail color on my hands and feet are completely different. I'm not a picky person and mentioned any other color that matches would be great but my hands are purple and my toes are pink (let's just picture that). Just the thought that I paid $35 for a pedi that the color doesn't match , and it's a "decent" pedi blows my mind. If you don't have the same color for feet don't display it . simple! Lastly when I went to go pay, Gell full set said $35, I made $47-49 dollars for these trashy ass nails, all just because the girl in the front said you got acrylics with gel. Well no where on the menu does it say Acrylics with gel this much money . I have no idea how these people have such amazing reviews, possibly I was taken care of by the wrong people ? Only thing that was good was the champagne and conversation overall. But guess what you also have to pay for champagne too. Overall my bill was $92, I've paid $60 dollars for dip extension and feet and that's the best my nails ever have been. Out of the kindness of my heart I tipped $5 each person , only because I know what the struggle is. But yeah def never ever going there again. read more

I needed to update my review because I think I was a little harsh on my previous post. I have been going here for about 6-7 years now and truth be told, I love it. Make sure to make an appointment with someone who has tenure with the salon because if not it might not be a 10/10 experience like what happened to me last time, hence the picture. I would recommend Lilian, Cristina, Javan, or Lynn just to name a few. They are very professional and are always aware of time (appointments are a priority which you don't see at some salons.)
