I would say this was one of the least painful Brazilians I have received, and the pricing was really good. EJ is also overall just a really wonderful and pleasant person to know. She has great energy and matches you, and easy to talk to! She walked me through all the details of the process and went above and beyond helping to get some of the ingrown hairs on my shins from years of waxing. They have a small waiting area out front with water and small snacks and candies. Everything here is super pink and extremely clean and honestly just such a great energy. I really enjoyed how Amber asked if I had any allergies prior to starting the service and walked me through the clean ingredients that would be used on all products. Sugaring does not hurt at all compared to waxing and this officially is my new favorite service spot. I wanted 2 inches cut off but then she suggested 4 which I agreed to. The problem was not the length she cut off but the hack job she did with cutting crazy layers in my hair. I went in with hair to the middle of my back and came out with hair to my shoulders which is fine. Unfortunately, she hacked away at my hair and created awkward and very short layers all over my head. Now it is impossible for me to wear my hair in a ponytail or a twist because of these layers--some are as short as two inches. And I showed her pictures of what I wanted which just had a face frame layer. Now that my hair is shorter it is frizzy and curly which only makes it even shorter. I actually want to cry when I look in the mirror now. And the kicker to all of this, when I go to pay, this awful haircut (no color) cost me $80!!! For a No frills salon next to a deli in Ho-Ho-Kus. Very disappointing and it will take months to grow out the damage.

Fifteen minutes before my massage was even finished, the reflexology therapist barged in, interrupting my masseuse, and started rubbing my feet with one hand while playing games and texting with the other. My masseuse didn't say a word. After the massage therapist left, this woman -- who had a terrible attitude -- continued her so-called "reflexology" the same way: one-handed, distracted, and clearly uninterested. I'm not a confrontational person, but she honestly intimidated me. In hindsight, I should have spoken up. I will never go back. I can only hope she's no longer there, because I doubt I'm the first person to complain.

Couldn't tell you who the technician was because she didn't have a name Badge like the others in the place , and she seemed to be winging it. They need to provide better technicians , especially for first time clients
