This shop is WONDERFUL, they are always freindly, the shop is clean and sanitary. I went to school with Lan and would trust her with any member of my family. I am ALWAYS GETTING COMPLIMENTS on my nails after getting them done there. Lian is my tech and all I have to do is give her an idea and let her run with it and it ALWAYS comes out wonderful and unique. If I have an event or emergency that comes up, Lan had ALWAYS fit me in, even at the last minute. Everyone on staff here is very nice, a wonderful quality to have... my biggest gripe with this salon is the fact I asked for acrylics and said I wanted my nails a little longer and the tech kept pushing for me to do dip gel with my natural nails. The vibe was overall pretty nice though. Ultimately I am just not happy with my nails. Unfortunately I will not be back. Also its clear yall could have lengthened my nails, it seemed the tech just didnt want to do it. read more

Their hospitality and quality of their work is amazing! I have been going here for years! I love Lan (owner) and Tina (should be the co-owner) Tina does my nails now because Lan used to do mine but I took a break for my real nails to breathe and she booked up too far in advance at the time I wanted to come back. You know how it is when you want to get your nails done.....it's a pop up thought and must be redeemed immediately They make you feel like your family and there is never a shortage of laughs. I wrote a negative review about my experience a week ago & somehow my review was tweaked/rewritten to a positive review. So I took it down. To me it's pretty bad when one has to change a review. How about take what I said and make the changes in your salon. Like don't store the cuticle pusher in the ink pen box & maybe use the sterilize/sanitizing cleaner so you dont risk giving your clients a nail fungus :( They DONT use sterilized instruments from peel packs! And they DO pressure you into getting dipped nails. read more

Hands down the best nail salon around. Lan is wonderful. She runs a clean and beautiful salon. Most of the customers have been loyal for years. It's mostly older women and their daughters so that shows you the level of service they provide. I've been a customer for the last three years and I never have any issues. They are reasonably priced. In fact it's the cheapest place you can get a dip gel set and the quality is wonderful. I recommend so many of my coworkers and friends. read more

I went to LA Nails last Friday 4/13/18.The owner (the lady that sits in the first chair) talked bad about a customer she just serviced with another customer directly and the whole shop. That is bad customer service, you never discuss a customer after they leave the shop, you also never know who is around. This city is small... Second, the owner told me that she would sit me in 5 minutes. Five people came after me and were seated before me. I can only assume they were frequent customers because she greeted them and took them almost immediately. I do not believe any of the women that came after me had appointments. Even if they did, she should have asked me to come back at a later time. I sat quietly and patiently waited almost 40 minutes without being serviced. I will never visit this shop again, its not like they wanted people of my skin complexion in there anyway. read more

I've been to this nail salon before and service was great. This afternoons visit made me feel unwelcome and frustrated. I told them that I wanted to get a full set and my eyebrows done. I told them the amount of time I had before I had to be back to work. They said that I had plenty of time. I was seen about 15 minutes after I walked in. The nail tech glued tips to my nails and left me to assist another customer. I sat there for 20-25 minutes. I knew that if my nails were to be finished before I had to leave for work they would be rushed. While sitting there waiting to be worked on I asked when someone would be able to begin to work on my nails. I kept getting, "in a few minutes" I ended up walking out, unhappy, frustrated, and with flimsy tips glued on my fingers. read more

i had a appointment for 4:30 and didn't get helped until 5 then i sat in a chair for about 20 minutes with long tips on until finally another lady helped me. i asked for acylics with gel but the man pretty much made me get dip. the lady who did my nails was nice, we don't really talk and she did a pretty good job on my nails. read more

I have been to LA Nails numerous times since March of this year. I get the dip manicures and they always turn out really great and last a long time. Of the last 3 visits, two of them have resulted in a fungus on my nail or a finger infection that required antibiotics to treat. I really enjoy the customer service and quality of work, but I'm not sure that I'll be back after two different infections! read more

Rude. Went yesterday for a Pedicure and everything went ok. I think the polish was old though so it didn't entirely dry and was smuding 24 hrs later when I returned today to have them repainted. They offered to paint them with the same polish but I said that I thought the polish was bad. They said it was because there was still oil on my toes from some parafin wax yesterday causing the problem and that the polish was fine. Had them repainted with the same polish and dried them for nearly 15 min under the fan and light. They were still tacky and the polish moves when stroked. I even demonstrated how the polish was still tacky by pressing into them. I was told this is normal and I could leave. I said that this was not my first pedicure and that the polish doesn't usually do this. It's entirely dry when I've left from pedicures for YEARS! The woman looked at me rudely so I just said that I wouldn't be returning. Rude, rude, rude. If you guys will check your QRS nail polish color 423 Snapdrag by painting it on your own finger or toe nail, you'll see that I am right. There's something wrong with that polish. If you had bothered to check it before treating me rudely, I would be writing an entirely different review. Terrible customer service. read more

I have a messed up nail from an accident long ago and she offered to put a tip on it. She made it look like a normal nail and it hasn't looked like one in years.
