Mary is incredibly kind, caring, and attentive. The daycare provides breakfast and lunch, and sometimes we even receive photos of the kids cooking together--making cookies and cakes--which is so wonderful to see. Our daughter has learned so much here. She knows many songs and dances, and sometimes she surprises us with how quickly she learns. We love watching her sing "Wheels on the Bus" and dance to "Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes" with us at home. The daycare also offers outdoor playtime. The family home has a large courtyard with slides and water activities, which the kids really enjoy. We also receive photos every day, so we can stay connected and see what they are doing. Mary puts a lot of care into celebrating each child. She organizes beautiful birthday parties and takes lovely photos--our daughter always looks so happy. During holidays, they prepare special activities as well. For example, for Mother's Day, the kids made paintings and small gifts. At Halloween, they were given pumpkins to take home. Most importantly, our daughter has learned many important skills here--from basic greetings to following social rules and interacting with others. We are so grateful for this daycare and highly recommend it to other families.

Warm, loving, and so much more than just a place to drop off your kid. It felt like a second home. Mary cares for the kids like a mom would, but with the thoughtfulness and structure of a great teacher. She was always there for us, not just for our baby -- and that kind of support meant the world, especially during those early months when everything felt so overwhelming. The fact that they provide breakfast and lunch? Total lifesaver. And somehow, even our picky little eater gobbled it all up and looked forward to mealtimes. Knowing our baby was happy, safe, and thriving made it so much easier to go to work each day. We'll always be grateful for the love and care we found here. Truly one of the best choices we've made as parents.

They introduced us to Amy, our new full-time live-in nanny, and she's been just as sweet and experienced as Nancy. It means so much to have someone caring for our family who we feel comfortable with. We've had two wonderful experiences with this agency and honestly couldn't be happier with their service!

We have been using this nanny agency for almost 6 months. Having a live-in postpartum nanny help…read moreyou with your baby 18 hours a day sounds like a dream but sometimes can be more stressful than anything else. We have used 3 nannies from this agency so far and I had communication issues with all of them. The nannies are very stubborn and stuck in their own ways. They have a difficult time following direction and instead insist on doing things the way they want to. The first nanny we had was constantly making phone calls on the clock and refused to heat up the milk prior to feeding our baby. The second nanny was better, she helped keep our home tidy, and was good with our baby. She was probably the best nanny we had from this agency. Unfortunately, she injured her back and had to leave our family earlier than planned. Which brings us to our current and final nanny from this agency. She's a little older so she can't help carry the baby in her car seat up the stairs. She's often on her iPhone watching Chinese dramas. She also decided to hang up her dirty underwear and bra on our hallway bathroom towel rack. Additionally, she seems to have a lot of unsolicited advice on how we should dress our baby. She doesn't cook for us or do the baby's laundry. She doesn't even know how to follow directions ie shoves the nipple of the bottle in my bottle averse baby's mouth & ignored me when I told her "no". It doesn't seem that this agency takes the time to really vet out these nannies, instead hiring whomever applies. The agency also takes a while to respond to any text messages which is also incredibly frustrating. I highly recommend spending a little extra coin and using a different agency. Especially if you are a first time parent.

We do not recommend this company for a Live-In or unique situation. We signed up with this agency…read moreon-line for a small fee and were assigned a specific agent for our account. We explained our situation that we are a remote household in Alaska and needing a commitment for 4 months this summer. We would supply full room and board, private living space, monthly salary & gratuities, and also transportation to the lodge from the closest city. The responsiveness from our agent and them getting us candidates was quite impressive as it was a turnaround time of pretty much 24 hours from when we signed up. They are a very transparent company when it comes to background checks, past work history, and contact numbers for references which was very comforting for my wife and I. With that comfort level came with me not feeling the need to contact these references personally...CONTACT THEM YOURSELVES!!! We had eliminated one of the three candidates they referred being that we weren't comfortable with some of the issues they had with their background check. We held phone interviews with the other two and both were very professional and very solid candidates for our situation. On top of them showing serious interest in the position. As I just said, any person reading this review needs to take it upon themselves to contact the persons references personally because this is where things went south for us. Half of the references that were listed for one of the candidates did not answer nor return my calls. The other three references that I was able to connect with did not relay the information my wife and I were expecting. The references did not say anything horrible or out of line about the candidate but they did say that they would not use the nanny services again due to certain reasons. We then got a call from the one candidate saying that they personally contacted these references and they did not say any such thing about them...So my wife and I are basically being accused of making all of this up?!? We were also assured from our agent that all of her references checked out...did the agent contact them personally or go off of the word from the candidate? I would bet money on the latter. The other candidate was expecting too much for compensation and we weren't able to meet in the middle. I have read other reviews and some other families have expressed the same about the nanny wanting too much money. If the family is supplying everything for that live-in situation in addition to monetary compensation, then of course the pay would and should be adjusted accordingly. Needless to say we are dead in the water with our search. I say it as so because we feel after we expressed these concerns let alone requesting that we could get more applicants we were dropped like a bad habit. I feel this company is more for temporary 4-5 hour shift at a time type of situation and not your special, unique live-in nanny situation. It has come off that we are too much work for them and not worth their time for the amount of money I guess.

At only a little over a year old, he was already singing parts of nursery rhymes to us, and is incredibly social and active due to the love and care all the children receive at CubCare! The holiday activities are a big standout for our family! From easter egg hunts or a Halloween costume party, to handmade cards with our son's hands or footprints for Mother's and Father's Day, each holiday gives us a new special memory and a great time for our son to enjoy. The end of year holiday party deserves a special mention, with Mrs. Mali cooking a delicious lunch for all the parents and kids and each kid getting their own special gift from Santa! Your child is truly treated as a part of a larger family when they go to Cub Care, and I could not recommend sending your child here enough if you want a place where they will feel loved, safe, and will learn essential skills like reading, writing, and speaking! Every detail of care is well thought out to ensure your little one's safety, happiness, and development. We are so appreciative of the individualized care Ms. Mali provides each child. Ms. Minoo brought us immediate peace of mind. From the start, we felt like we were partnering together to care for our son. She helped him transition beautifully, and he quickly became happier, more social, and excited to go to daycare each day. Sometimes he'd run straight in to play with his friends at drop-off! We especially appreciated how caring, attentive, and thoughtful she was with his individual needs, including working with us during potty training and being mindful of his allergy. The kids do fun activities like arts & crafts and dancing, and we loved that she also sometimes made Persian food for them. Most importantly, you can tell she truly loves the children in her care and they love her, too. The environment feels warm, safe, and joyful.
