We found this place through a realtor and the lady initially told us it would be $2500 a month. After a couple days, the lady told us she had another person interested and they offered $3000 a month and if we can do better. Umm?? Then she tells us that she much rather take someone from her website instead of a realtor because then she has to pay the realtor a commission. Umm.. yeah.. it's called doing her job! It gets better! She then tells us that the rent increases annually 10-15%! You're kidding, right? What this lady is doing is wrong and pretty disgusting.
