I contacted One (pronounced exactly as it's spelled) for a quote to have my husbands Weber grill cleaned. After pricing around he was the most reasonable. One arrived on time, he brought his own little set up consisting of a table, his tools and his jams! Can't work for a few hours in silence right!? Of course he didn't blast his music to disturb myself or my neighbors. After about 2.5-3 hours he was finished! He checked for any leaks and made sure the grill worked before he left. When my husband came home he was pretty happy cause my husband tried to clean himself and he said it was a nightmare. Not thrilled that the person who came over to my dad's house didn't wear a mask. Very unprofessional in my opinion... might I mention... my dad is in his 80s and we are in a pandemic and surging cases are out of control. Hospitals are beyond capacity. When I told my dad to wear a mask the guy rolled his eyes at me. I'm not sure if he is the owner of the company because this was my dad's deal but I find it disheartening that he's that against wearing a mask. read more

This is the second time we have had Perfection Grill Cleaning deep clean our grill. We use it three to four times a week and love grilling with heavy marinades. One did an excellent job making our grill look brand new. He takes his time and is dedicated to making sure every part or your grill is clean. Sent all necessary photos, owner Jeff asked me to call him with details. I called, we spoke, agreed on price, and set a time and date for our grill and burner to be cleaned. Jeff is a true professional! He was flexible with my schedule and on time. Courteous and dog loving. I bought a house with a Wolf grill which I knew nothing about. Jeff made it look brand new. He didn't rush anything. I am shocked with how great it look.
