Service here is quick. We were seated quickly. Server came and got our drinks order. Soup or salad came with each meal. The sourdough bread just came out from the oven and it was hot. Came with whipped butter. And all meals end with vanilla ice cream or spumoni. It's a fun experience. read more

We love the spaghetti factory.. we used to live in the Clackamas area, but now live in Southern California, California. Visiting for a week and wanted to meet up with some friends and families so we all decided to do the spaghetti factory... the hostess staff was so friendly accommodating our group of five. Our service was outstanding, our server Taylor was on point. All request fulfilled, the food was fresh. No drink sat empty... Great experience altogether.. Used to be a solid place for me, that I liked and went to often, but they think the price of noodles has over doubled with inflation and I don't. Seems they want to think they are some fancy Italian cuisine, instead of embracing their strength as an inexpensive place for families to get some descent, generic noodle dishes and bread with a good salad dressing. No way is it worth $20 for a plate of spaghetti and no more iced tea. Yea, not all of us forgot. Although everything I said previously was true.... I've come many more times since that visit and requires me to update my review. First of all the place is still very very clean and I'm always very impressed with that I also like all the royal colors they use in the decoration. The menu is slowly adding in dishes that were previously at Old Spaghetti Factory's prior to covid so that's fun too. However the part that I needed to add on to this is that the garlic mizithra is actually the best dish in the whole wide world here now LOL to be clear I also always order the large side of broccoli which also has a brown butter and mizithra on it and then I cut it up and add it to my garlic mizithra pasta dish. It makes for quite a delectable party in your mouth. With the mushrooms, the brown butter, the bacon and the pasta with mizithra cheese -- you really can't go wrong. Ask for extra mizithra cheese and extra brown butter and it just makes it even better LOL And for a pro tip ask for Andrea to be your server she knows how to make the entire evening super fun. As of right now she works Tuesday through Saturday with Thursdays being in the bar. In any case it'll be a delight to have her as your server. read more

What a shithole . There was a fly in my fettuccine. The server said we can take $5 off . Never got my salad. Hair on top of my ice cream. Bar order came 10 min after our meal. The cheap bottle of dry white was warm. STAY away!! RUn FAR Away from here if you can. They only get one star because the hostess was really nice. Spaghetti factory is mid level franchise Italian restaurant. I've been going to spaghetti factory since I was a kid and I'm always nostalgic about going back. The food quality has seemed to greatly increase in price and has been on the down hill for quality. The basic plates are almost $20 per plate and include bread, soup or salad and a scope of ice cream. I would recommend using the app as you get a free entree on your birthday and quickly earn points for free apps/ drinks etc. Service was friendly and decently quick for how busy they were. This is a great place for large parties and they do offer a great priced catering menu. read more

Dinner for two for $25 - spaghetti w/4 meatball, 1/2 carafe of wine (or two ice tea & etc), plus the usuals (bread, salad and ice cream). Worst service I've experienced in a long time. Everyone kept forgetting me! Ugh! The hostess didn't write my name down to be called for an available table though I told her I'd be waiting in the bar. After checking with the hostess to see why I was still waiting 30 minutes later she offered a table near her and promised to keep an eye on me. She didn't. I sat nursing my wine for another 30 minutes or more until I finally got her attention. She apologized and took my order. Manager came. Comped my meal and said he too was sorry about the issue. A little later he checked to see if I was enjoying my meal. The chicken breast in my Chicken Piccata was a bit tough to cut through, I told him. He asked if I wanted them to send it back and I said, No. I'm not waiting any longer to be fed. He turned red. I wasn't nasty to anyone during this unfortunate encounter. I could see that the bartender was really busy and tipped her 20% regardless of putting me on the back burner. I guess I was giving off invisibility vibes but they turned the experience around and I enjoyed the rest of my meal. read more

I feel like with chains like this you kind of know what to expect. Sometimes we just want simple pasta at a reasonable price that comes with the extras of dining there. The salad is just salad mix and I prefer things like tomato, cucumber, onion, crouton, but it doesn't turn me off of them just for that. Honestly they make up for it with their perfectly smooth spumoni so all is forgiven. And if I remembered how good that was I would order more every time to be honest. You get good size portions for the money and like I said, it includes things like bread, salad/soup, ice cream. It's a good variety and you have options to customize your order. I was really wanting bread so I bought their bread and added the bacon. They use really good thick, flavorful bacon and plenty of it. It was far better than I expected if I'm being honest. As much as we love this place and every item on the menu is delicious, it has become such a disappointment which is unfortunate. Last two times we ordered online and had it delivered, opened bags and items were missing, called OSF and best they could do was refund money, fine but doesn't help.. Did pick up today and order was supposed to be ready at 3:13, came at 3:53 food was not ready yet. When it was ready it was missing an item:( busy, short of staff, I get it but please QA orders before they get to a customer. We are willing to deal with delayed orders but get super disappointed when items are missing. read more

Went for an early dinner with my husband. There was no hostess, so the bartender went hunting for someone, only to find that no one was available. Rather than seating us, she told me there were no tables available. This was curious since the restaurant was practically empty. I asked again, "Are you sure you aren't closed?" Next a I was visited by a manager, Josh, who told me that, no, they weren't closed, but there were no tables available and that they couldn't seat us while they transitioned to dinner. So..NOT closed, just not open for business! Not getting seated or even a glass of wine while we wait just, uh,, left a bad taste in our mouths. At least their competitor is nearby. read more

Traveling last week, we easily walked across from our convention hotel to this restaurant - very much surprised as it reminded us of our now gone "west end Spaghetti restaurant' - same ambience with a fun interior somewhat dated but still clean - fun atmosphere. Staff was excellent on assisting with various group order - details and requests. Very nice to deal with from reservations to seated table areas for large group. Food in our opinion was great and fun - a neat order of salad - soup; hot bread with butter; entree your choice of menu and dessert choice of ice cream or italian ice cream made in house. We also ordered the fun cotton candy limeade - so fun with melting in our glass SUGAR HIGH. Drinks were served and refilled without requests. The loved the side dish of broccoli with brown butter - a first and excellent. Actually will look for locations nearby DFW (one in OK) we'd go to when traveling. read more

Food is the lowest quality I have ever encountered in a restaurant so far... service of delivery suck. I ordered through Grubhub food from them and got totally the wrong food. On the bags were my name and the receipt with the correct food but inside the bag was not what I ordered. instead of Chicken Marsala and Spinach & Cheese ravioli I've got spaghetti with Italian sausage. Host staff is incapable of fulfilling job requirements. Ordered a take out order, half of it was missing. When I showed up to pick it up the three of them were just standing there giggling and talking, all three went to the back to grab my food for five minutes to continue giggling and talking. Talk on your own time not when you have a customer present and waiting. When half of our order was discovered missing, we called. She laughed on the phone because she took down the wrong name and for some reason it was hilarious. Claimed they did in fact ring in the order correctly as if the bag and receipt was not sitting in front of me during the phone call. Then after confirming it was not correct for the second time, it shifted to She said she rang it in that way because that's standard and if we wanted it a special way we would have to order it a special way. We did order it a special way. She claims that's not what the person who took the order told her. She is the one who took the order so I'm not sure how she could have forgot in the ten seconds between placing each meal ticket. She claimed it would be on the house if we came back and picked it up-- never admitting fault or apologizing by the way for the inconvenience just blaming this mystery person instead of taking accountability as well as laughing and lying on top of wasting everyone's time including their kitchen staff. Moreover when we arrived the excuse was that "they were overwhelmed at the time." This was maybe a ten minute delay of driving home then back to the restaurant a second time. Both times the parking lot and restaurant were completely empty. So I'm not sure what was so overwhelming about the three tables they had set up alongside having a grand old time with their friends at the host stand. Don't waste my time then lie and laugh about it. Blatant disrespect. If hosting three tables and taking a phone order is overwhelming maybe find a job that's simpler for you. read more

I have been a long time customer of the old spaghetti factory. I have enjoyed their food for decades. So tonight, I did not mind when they said that they had to clean some tables and it would be about a 10 minute wait. But when I said, I would wait in the bar, they said the bar was already closed. This is at 7:55, and the restaurant is open until nine. Not sure of the wisdom of that business practice. I will be back, sometime, but I was a little too salty to stay and eat tonight. read more
