The meat I received were super fatty. There were some when the fat was around 80% of the meat itself. Veggies were good! They have a bar of sauces and other foods you can get and add to your hot pot. Broth was fine, it wasn't anything particular to rave about. The service was great - people were so friendly and nice. They tended to us pretty well. The ambience was really cool! The bowls were excellent -- fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. Even as a big eater, I was more than satisfied with the regular size.
