Avoid. Signage and operations unclear. If you order food from the register where all signage directs you to "order here", you apparently can't sit down inside the restaurant to eat despite it being mostly empty. When I asked if I could sit down to eat the food I just purchased from their restaurant ($20 for scrambled eggs and a toasted hamburger bun because they were out of biscuits and toast), the server guarding the tables immediately treated me like an active security threat for having "already ordered to go". Traveling with my three kiddos and husband...they had their breakfast menu up (on a digital screen) but employee said it ended at 10:30. She said lunch started at 10:30 but the kitchen wasn't "ready". When I asked why the breakfast menu was still up she also said it was on a timer...I feel like they just did t want to serve food. I wish I could give this a zero. We waited for 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches (pulled pork and the chicken club). When they came out the chicken on the club was rock hard, cold, and impossible to eat. The pulled pork tasted like dishwater. The fries were cold and undercooked. Oh, and it was 40 dollars. I get that it's an airport, but this was the worst meal I've had at an airport ever. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. read more

Food is very poor, ordered a chicken sandwich. The bread was so old that it broke in tiny little pieces every time I took a bite. Fries were half way cooked. Bloody Mary was $21, and very weak . Overall the entire dinner was worth nothing. read more

Been by this spot twice for a beer and burger and both times were a success. The burgers are fresh and tasty at a pretty good airport price. The draft beer is ice cold and there are plenty of wait staff. Oh and excellent pickles. read more

I understand airports and customer service can be stressful but talking smack about customers in front of customers to other co-workers, having a terrible attitude and making customers feel like an inconvenience is extremely uncomfortable and unnecessary. Ryan and Tavina were incredibly helpful and friendly service professionals. Stopping for lunch at The Orange Line was a nice respite from the busy crowded terminal at Midway. I appreciated the vegetarian options. I will definitely seek this spot out next time I fly through Midway. read more

For goodness sake's do not try to eat at this joke of a restaurant. They will def make you late for your plane. What horrible service. Never ever again. Exactly how damn long does it take to make a cheeseburger anyhow. Employees just standing around literally doing nothing while customers wait. Literally the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Not only did they not serve my food but then when my boarding was called they said they had to call over a manager for a refund. I couldn't wait. Not only did I not get my food I also didn't get a refund. F orange line. I will be suing for the meal and the stress. This is horrible. read more

I only gave 1 star because the ladies at the register were really friendly. The Buffalo Chicken Mac and cheese was inedible. Soooooo much Buffalo sauce to drown overcooked bland mushy noodles. $20 bucks in the trash basically. read more

Total ripoff, even by MDW standards. I ordered a chicken sandwich, substituting fruit salad for fries, and a Dr. Pepper: $28 including Chicago's exorbitant sales taxes. T+5 minutes: out of fruit salad. T+35 minutes, ready to give up, food arrives. Cool fries, bland chicken, no utensils. Found plastic utensils myself. Never offered drink refill. Visited a couple days ago. Food wasn't bad at all, was a longer wait though. But let's be real, all food industry is struggling to find help. People need to learn to find patience. The world would be a better place if this were the case. I overheard people talking about prices of food & drink and it's the airport! That's to be expected. I'm just putting that out there. The bartender at the 6am shift was great and this polish looking blonde server was so polite and respectful even though she had a tough crowd to deal with all by herself. Not a great experience. The food was cool, and the service was horrible, but the worst was the inability of our server to slip the check. This required us wait 20 mins to the store Manager to arrive. Which affected our ability to meet our fight time. It's 2023, I never heard of an arrangement like this. This visit sucked!! read more

I placed an order for an edamame appetizer at 1:13 PM. 30 minutes later is was not ready and I needed to board my flight. There was no employee at the register to discuss an order cancellation or refund with. read more
