    The way to Jerome Arizona

Nice winery scary drive. PSA, Arizona is not all flat and dry! It is also steep and wet. They have a nice interior and a great employee serving up yummy wine. The young woman working when we visited was a classic small tourist town self made person. She came into town with nothing and was determined to stay, and she did. She was a good emissary, knowledgeable about the town and she was friendly and entertaining. The wine... if you're staying nearby, I recommend a bottle or two to enhance your visit. They make tasty wine that makes you feel good, I'm partial to dry reds, but I thought the Gewürztraminer was very enjoyable... Remember, the roads are scary, so drive responsibly and carefully!!!

Delicious wines and fun tasting experiences. A must if visiting Jerome. We did the six for $14 tasting. I'll post the picture of the wines.

At first we weren't sure if we were going to enjoy the experience. There was one person working, when we walked in we were guided to not sit where we were going to sit, and the atmosphere seemed a little dry. However, the experience was a fantastic experience. The music was good, when the music wasn't on-staff was telling Corky jokes. Staff made sure to know everybody's name at every table. There are lots of options for tastings, there are not a lot of options for nonalcoholic. The prices are a little on the high side for bottles of wine but sometimes you get what you pay for. The restrooms were clean and the environment was clean from front to back. Will definitely return when we're in the area, and would recommend.

Great spot with good wine. Tony was our tasting server. Very knowledgeable and funny. The place was busy so the tasting was slow but worth the wait. Great red wine selections!

Quaint little tasting room. $10 for 4 tastings or $12 for 6 tastings of your choice. Mix reds and whites or 4 ports for $12. Wines are good, fruit forward. Tony is delightful and knowledgeable. Fun place right across from the bbq joint. Come by for a great wine tasting experience.

Tony was grate host and welcomed me to his office giving me the rundown of how things worked, the cost of everything, and took my order. The place was small comfortable and quiet. There was 2 other party's that where there and he gave each party the same detailed attention that was given to me. The wine was very tasty and the stand up comedy portion was my favorite. Tony said "my job is not complete until every customer smiles". I left there with a smile and if you are looking for some good wine, a smile, and some time to waste I would recommend this place.

This place is a gem and Tony has something great here. As a proud UC Davis alum, I was shocked to find Zinfandel from the UC Davis Heritage Project being offered, let alone in Jerome. UCD doesn't even sell these wines commercially, so I made sure to jump on the opportunity to try a flight and buy a bottle. Tony must have quite a connection to offer these wines. Great experience overall and it's easy to tell that Tony enjoys what he does.

We just had an amazing time sipping wines and enjoying the cheese plate while celebrating my wife's birthday. Tony was amazing to chat with and very knowledgeable as well as friendly and had some great jokes. We even shared a few words in Japanese. The atmosphere was inviting. The ambient music was great too. Thanks for making it a great experience Tony. Vince and Angila

Stopped in this charming and inviting winery for a tasting..we each had a flight of 4 a d a cheese board. Let's just say that left with 4 bottles of wine! Tony was a wealth of information and recommendations..and JOKES! He got to know each of us, and was very attentive. We would definitely recommend a stop here for a tasting and light snack..must for wine lovers !!

There are places you go for the wine. And then there are…read moreplaces you go for the people--and somehow the wine tastes better because of it. Caduceus Cellars, perched improbably in the bones of Jerome, is one of those rare joints where hospitality is not a script, not a brand exercise, but a lived, practiced craft. The kind you don't learn in a seminar. You earn it over years of showing up early, pulling shots, wiping counters, listening to locals, and remembering faces. We walked in right after opening--early, quiet, the town still rubbing the sleep out of its eyes. And then something extraordinary happened. Allen looked up, smiled, and recognized us. Not from last week. Not from last season. From eleven years ago. That kind of memory stops you in your tracks. It's not clever. It's not performative. It's human. It says: you mattered the last time you were here. From there, the hour evaporated. Life, travel, how Jerome has changed and how it hasn't. The ebb and flow of a town that's been rich, abandoned, rediscovered, and reimagined more times than most American cities ever will be. Brian and Allen don't rush you through a tasting--they invite you into a conversation. The wine is the anchor, but the exchange is the point. Before the cellars, these two ran what many locals still swear was the best café in Jerome. That's where they learned the real trade: how to read a room, how to listen, how to make people feel welcome without making a show of it. Coffee and espresso are brutal teachers--there's nowhere to hide. That discipline carries over beautifully here. And the wine? It's the kind that demands attention without demanding obedience. Thoughtful, expressive, unapologetically rooted in place. You come for what may very well be the best wine in the West--and you stay because someone remembered your name. Caduceus Cellars isn't just a tasting room. It's a reminder that the soul of travel isn't novelty--it's connection. Go for the wine. Stay for Brian and Allen. Leave with the feeling that, somehow, Jerome remembers you too.

We snacked on olives and some bread with muffuletta spread. There's plenty of merch available and we picked up a few stickers for our yeti cooler. It's a nice place and the prices are reasonable.

This place is not looking to slam out every table rather let folks enjoy the experience, sit back, relax, live in the moment. For some, speedy service is necessary. Not always the case for us - thankfully not the case this evening. The table next to us were celebrating a 30yo's bday and complaining to the manager about slow service until they got comp'd... then we heard the guy complaining that his cc was maxed out... - food is locally sourced, much of it owned by the owner so the prices are VERY unexpectedly reasonable. We expected to pay more but entrees were around $25/average +/-... all in with an app we shared and 2-3 glasses of wine our Saturday dinner total was $100

Unfortunately, we found member "perks" to be few and far between, including no discounts on food. But I digress. Unfortunately, the food was nearing the "inedible" end of the spectrum with the Chicken Parmesan being well undercooked - something other reviews have stated. My suggestion - go for the wine and the view on the patio and leave it at that. NOTE: The patio is very dog-friendly!
