I ordered a carry out pizza today, just a basic pepperoni. I open the box and pulled out a slice and all of the toppings including the cheese all just fell off. Not sure if the pizza just didn't settle up enough or what, but it was super disappointing. The crust is amazing though. read more

We were in town and wanted to grab something different and quick. This is both! Besides the opening day glitches (couldn't order online/staff not fully trained - the person that took our call wasn't sure about any questions and was t going to take our name for our order until I asked a few questions), they were quick! We called in our order a bit after they opened and I got a text around 10 minutes later saying our order was ready. We went to pick it up hoping to do curbside - no instructions and the lines were busy, so went in to finish paying and pick up the pizza. The staff wasn't fully trained on the system (again, opening day glitches). We ordered the Brutus (#5). It was really good and light. We will be back and will have to try the chocolate orange dessert, from what I hear. read more

The service was amazing. Helped carry all the boxes out (we had 11!) our pizzas were good, some we liked better than others. If there is no sauce mentioned there is no sauce on the pizza so be aware and personalize if you like. Some were pretty dry, like the Scipio, but we all loved the Brutus and it was amazingly topped. I will start by saying the pizza is very good and service is outstanding! However, the waste of cardboard is unconscionable. Every individual pizza comes in a box. We ordered 5. When talking to the manager about it he said they recycle the cardboard. I noticed only the pizza boxes were recycled...not the cups, bowls, etc. The waste is horrendous. Recycling all the boxes would be unnecessary it they would just serve it on a plate. I realize this is their " gimmick" but in today's environment it is ridiculous. SO good! I ordered online for pickup around lunch time. I picked up 3 pizzas because we are indecisive so why not share a few that sound good! They were all very good! I love their crust! Today was my first visit. I knew nothing about it except that it was italian. I was surprised by the set up because I had no expectations. You order on a screen and pay there. The orders brought out to us but they did text my phone so I could come grab it if I was outside. The pinsa (pizza) I had was pretty good. It was akin to a meatlovers with a little onion. The crust was a good crisp without being burnt. I did not feel overly full (stuffed) after finishing the small, so I think it was the right amount. The decor was cute and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It looks like they take their foot print seriously because we had to ask for a lid and straw when we were leaving, the employee kneeled down under a counter and pulled them out like it was magic lol. Everything was fantastic! When we walked in we were instantly greeted by the owners and other workers. They were practicing social distancing with every other table blocked out. Once things start to not be so strict there's a long line of tables in the middle for communal eating. We ordered two of the pre-numbered pinsa's. We sat outside on the patio because it was a nice day. Lots of seating outside (shade and sun spots) and the chairs are really nice. We gave them our phone number and they said we would get a text when it was ready but the staff hand delivered them to us outside (took less than 10 minutes). The pinsa's were AMAZING! Just the right amount of cheese and pepperoni on mine and they weren't spicy at all. The dough is light and airy and I had no problem eating the whole thing and even wanted more. My friend got one with prosciutto, arugula, Parmesan cheese and balsamic vinegar glaze and it was also great! We were really impressed and it sounded like the other people eating outside by us were enjoying their meal as well. It was our first time and we will definitely be back. Everything was extremely authentic and I hope everyone gives it a try to help this small business become more successful in town. read more

Their Pinsa crust is incredibly good and all the toppings are top shelf. The crust is light & not bread heavy like many pizzas. I thought the food was amazing! Will definitely be back. The pastas we had were fantastic, the only complaint I could make would be that the to-go boxes they used for the pastas were VERY flimsy. The original Pinsaria is where you can find a most delicious and unique pizza crust. And it is absolutely delicious. My tastes are pretty simple, so I had the Romulus which features pepperoni. But they have many other options available as well. They also have Pasta that you can customize and salads. The dining room is very comfortable and clean with a large outdoor patio area. Each pizza is made to order and made fresh. The service is remarkably efficient. The manager checked in on us more than once and has always been very friendly and helpful.
