Don't ever go to this lady!! She charged my insurance two years in a row even though we never seen her. My son was got his braces put on and every time he went for his appointments she doesn't do anything for him. This was back in 2021, and now August 2025 she's still trying to send me invoices for late fees for over $1250. If you call and ask for itemized invoices their office works don't speak English. During my Invisalign consultation I asked Dr. Bui a question because I was confused ("So Invisalign will take longer than braces?") and she snapped back at me, "I didn't say that, YOU said that." Uhhh I didn't say that either, it was a QUESTION. My mom also went in at a separate time for a consultation for my brother's braces and when she asked about using her HSA, the doctor said, "You know you have to pay for this right?" As if my mom was trying to get out of paying! My mom and I compared notes after our separate meetings and we both felt Dr. Bui had a hostile attitude for seemingly no reason. If you read other reviews you'll see this is a pattern with her. So we decided to go with Family Orthodontics instead for all four members of our family and we couldn't be happier! Dr. Dean's office is so nice and he himself is very clear and kind. His staff is very organized, great about setting appointments. I've had my Invisalign for a year and my teeth look great! I was a patient there at her office 6 years ago. She acts very nice to you at first but once the treatment started, she shows her true rude side. Very unprofessional Dr. I remember at my last visit to pick up my retainer, Dr Bui gave me a set of retainer ( upper and lower), I didn't know which one was for upper and which for lower, I asked her how to put it on, she said to me " use your common sense " what kind of Dr would talk like that. Also, the end result of my 2.5 year braces was just BAD, my 4 lower front teeth just straight like a straight line , no arching at all, looks very ugly. I would NOT recommend her.
