Howard had the right part # , Right Hot Tub , Verified with Serial Number and they still sent the wrong ones. Thats where Howard stepped in and ordered head rest for an A series and they fit Perfect. Problem is I have a R series Hot Tub . Bullfrog put a A series headrest on a R series Hot-tub..3 trips to Scioto Valley from Reynoldsburg but Howard made it good and that kind of Customer service deserves recognition for turning a unhappy customer into a Very Happy customer..Thanks Howard

I do find that you have to go in with an independent spirit to hunt for stuff and no expectations for customer assistance from store staff. I look at it as an adventure. This is always the first place I look when I need something home decor related. The prices are not really true discount, but they have frequent sales and often mark merchandise down on clearance.

No buying wood and hoping it's seasoned. We wanted a specific design similar to our current fireplace doors, and the salesperson helped us find a special order in a catalog. The fellow that did the site assessment was excellent, took meticulous notes and paved the way for an easy installation. The installers were relentless and there's quite a bit to the install - not a task I would attempt myself!
