i had a dryer replaced due to water dmg. this dryer is only been used 1 time the 2nd time i used it the belt broke. and no it has not been in water. i paid them to haul the old one and they set it in yard and left. said it was full of bugs. i had 3 items and talked to all 3 people that was in basement repairing and all 3 of them said they did not see any bugs. all i want from them is to send me a belt for this dryer, which they did not leave me any paper work but it is not a month old when the belt broke. i have someone to put it on. plus i have to pay monthly on this item and with all going on it will cost me double. read more

Terrible experience. We purchased a washer and dryer. We were advised that it would fit on our current pedestals which were A different brand than we bought. After they cancelled our first delivery they delivered three days later. When the delivery people came he did not even try to see if the pedestals would work. He told us everybody knows that different manufacturers pedestals don't work on other machines. Upon calling the store the owner who refused to talk to me and told me they were $250 each. We offered to split the cost with him for two pedestals which he refused to do. We canceled the order they were very nasty claiming they never told us that and charged us a $92 delivery fee for their problem. We were also bitten by fleas in their store where there were five large German Shepherd nasty dogs. The owner thought that was funny when he let the dogs out of his office and they we're ready to attack. We also noticed the owner smelt like alcohol when he walked us out. They also held our money for over three weeks before giving us a refund. They tried to give us one excuse after another for this that and the other thing but they were all lies. Watch out we felt like we were being conned. When we were trying to get our money back they would hang up the phone and accuse us of being nasty another lie of theirs trying to avoid us. We ended up buying from another store for a better price and had the Machines delivered the next day no problems. read more

Excellent excellent store! very clean and organized, easy to find the stove we came in forIt was a bit busy but the lady and guy did their best in helping me pick one out and "the best" they were!!Prices were a bit higher than expected and than most of the shops up and down the street but considering the quality of the stove we got and after reviewing their checklists of every item that is checked and tested and thourghly cleaned it was well worth it. Buyer be aware.. read fine line.. no money back! Warranty is worth nothing. Purchased a used washer. when purchased it claim to have a 90 day warranty. we took it home but washer does not finish a cycle. called to have a tech over to fix it but they claim that the warranty does not cover that service. We asked for our money back and they claim that they don't give money back. The only way is to get another washer.. but with this luck with their product. is this going to be a never ending cycle??? even if the washer does not work they don't offer a pick up to return the machine and try to get another. We were seeking an odd duck stove and had spent hours calling and searching the internet. I found them in a Google search. I called spoke with Gary. I wish I could give 0 stars!!!! Crappy place. I've purchased a washer and dryer from them less than a month ago. I was told I have a 60 day warranty. My washer never properly drain now has completely stopped working. I called In to have it serviced I was told because I picked it up they won't come out and repair it.We went through hell to get it inside and it will be hell to get it out. If you touch the base of the washer you can feel the water movement. Now giving my house an ordor. None of the details of the warranty was discussed to me, and I don't feel like it's my place to have it sent back to them for repair they should've never sold me shitty equipment to begin with.. My partner purchased me a glass top stove from here on 3/21/19, Paid $350 (Too damn much) First issue is the stove came without a handle to bottom drawer, just a open hole. $350?????? I didn't use oven until 2 weeks after purchase. As it's heating up I hear a loud pop. Look inside the oven and there's glass shards on the bottom. Globe surrounding inside light has busted but not completley off. Call in today (4/2/19 @ 2:20pm) and explain all this to the nasty woman who always answers the phone. She asked me what I want her to do about it. I state that nothing was in the oven and there are still peices of the globe around the light bulb and I don't want it to bust anymore especially with food in there. She says again, what do you want me to do. I state that we paid $350 for a stove with a hole in the front of it and now the globe has exploded and I'd like her to show me a little bit of customer service and have someone come remove remaining pcs of globe. She told me it was not their fault and if she sent anyone out she'd charge me a service fee.... So I guess i gotta climb in there and try to get broken globe off/out myself... I should beat him for even going to spend that kind of money somewhere without reading reviews 1st. as it looks as if they are a horrible company to do business with. Listen Columbus if u need appliances and dont have much money this is the place to go. Theses items are used but they are in perfect condition with rebuilt parts so its almost like new. If you really are on hard times they have a program through progessive that will allow you to take your appliances home and make monthly payments towards your purchase. Of course u have to have a job and a checking account in good standing but if you have that you are good to go. You cant beat the price for name brands. The owner is super nice he and his staff know their products. Did I mention they offer delivery! Go check them out! read more

I am new to the Columbus area and am very grateful to the folks at this store. They treated me just family and were very patient with me. Like most people, I have a limited amount of money so it was important to me to add every cent and even redo my list with different appliances. They helped me with all of it and the deals are great. I got a few new items with a few minor scratches for an incredible deal. Even the used ones are treated with care. They totally take them apart and clean every speck of the machines and then fix absolutley everything on them. I was so impressed with the quality of care they have for their items. It's unusual to see that now a days. So if you want to save money and go somewhere that actually cares about their products, this is the number one place to hit. I bought a couple beds from this place and they are great products. The purchase process was quick and painless although, when I called initially, the lady I talked to was a bit pushy and seemed preoccupied with some other matter. She was informative but I couldn't get past the feeling that she would've rather been doing something else. Delivery was on time and the delivery guys were informative, helpful and didn't leave until they were sure I was completely satisfied. I don't know how many delivery guys they have but make sure you ask for Josh and Tray. I had Rent-a-Center deliver my tv and couch and all they did was pretty much drop it in my door. They were short with my questions and tore my couch on the door as well as scratched my floor up everywhere. When I got my beds, those guys asked if I needed it set up, where I wanted it and answered every question I had. I don't get around well so this was a very good experience and I'm glad there's a company out there that still cares about the customer.
