Chris is very knowledgeable and professional. We agreed to a price and time frame for work completion on a handshake at the end of the site visit. I had a formal quote in my email inbox within 2 hours. As luck would have it, they were able to start a week early on my project. The project went off without a hitch. The Plumber handled all city permitting and setting up the final city inspection. This company has excellent communication throughout the job process. I must say that my experience with using "The Plumber" was over the top. When I called for an appointment the receptionist was very well spoken, polite and was able to get me an appointment within my schedule. I was given a 2 hour waiting time but the plumber did call ahead of time to let me know when he would be on his way. That gave me ample time to leave work and meet him at my home. Once Edward reviewed the plumbing tasks I needed, he carefully explained what was going on and how he would fix the issues at hand. Chris "The" Plumber is an amazing guy!! He is an honest businessman which can be challenging to find these days. He came out and assessed that there wasn't anything wrong with one of our toilets within 5 minutes. Instead of being putout by the wasted trip, he answered my ludicrous questions about the chances of my house exploding from a toilet, and flushed the toilet multiple times until I felt better that there truly wasn't anything wrong with it. I asked him what I owed him and he said nothing, most places would have tacked on at least a 60- 100 dollar fee just for the trip to my home. Like many others in the area, I have major pipe damage from the freeze that occurred last week (thank you ERCOT for leaving us without power for multiple days straight.) Pretty much every pipe in my well house is cracked or damaged in some way, leaving me without water. I called this morning and spoke to a very nice woman (can't recall her name!) and she advised they would squeeze me in this afternoon. They showed up even faster, were very courteous and very quick...they made an affordable, temporary fix to give me water to my home until things slow down and supplies can be obtained to finish fixing the rest of the pipes. Mid day Friday gave them a call they came out after they completed the current job. They preformed a residential main line water repair/install in the side of my house. The price was a little more that I expected but it was as stated a same day emergency call. with that said I got more than I expected as they did more that I asked it looks far better than what I would've done. So on Wednesday night pipe broken in wall. Called serval plumber all voice mail full. Called on early Thursday morning and was number 219 in line. Reached over all plumber said be there in hour to give free estimate was here within hour. Said I will have crew here by noon to fix it. At noon three people showed up did the job, and put things back to the way they where. Cleaned up after themselves. Best group of people ever. Our outside water hose valve was dripping and we thought they would have to remove a few bricks to cut the pvc pipe out , luckily.......... that same pipe was connected to our main shutoff and they repaired it from the INSIDE ! Both techs were mindful of coming in the house & took their shoes off . our time window was from 10:00 - 12:00 and they showed up at 10:15 and were done by 12:00 . We didn't know how much this was gonna cost & our total was very reasonable . Our techs Phillip & Drew were absolute pros . I called the plumber because of a clog in my kitchen sink. They called me first thing that morning. Told me what time they would arrive and were there at that time. The guys were extremely knowledgeable and worked tirelessly on this drain. What they thought might be a few minutes of work turned into a couple hours. They had to bring in a whole new machine, and never charged me anything more than the price that I was quoted. Everything now works perfectly, but it is nice knowing they gave me a warranty!
