There were some hicups with buying but generally went OK. For retals - I would RUN the other direction. Things were fine until I gave 30 day notice to stop using them. This company is mainly concerned with tenants and not the owners. I was changing tenants and the PM - I did not get a final walk through until I asked for it, we disagreed on what was "normal wear and tear" (the big oil stains on the garage floor they did not consider a big deal even though they are premament!) which is fine except they gave the full deposit before even communicating with me. What you will get is excuses. Both Homer (the owner)) and Tim (the PM) told me oil stains on the garage floor are not damages but normal wear and tear. This was a brand new garage floor and the tenants left big oil stains. So, I HAVE LEFT THE GOOGLE SEARCH BELOW TO EDUCATE THE COMPANY ON WHAT CONSTITUTES DAMAGES. For the sake of your property, do not use this company as a property manager. Also, they charged 85.00 that I did not authorize (nor was a service requested by the tenants) ......so watch your statements!

Ben walked around the property with me: he showed me the property lines and corner markers, explained to me which trees were mine, which trees were on my neighbor's property and the trees that border both properties. Ben explained and recommended to me that I really did not need a map/diagram written up, as my request to have a survey done was to only determine ownership of the trees and my possibly putting up a fence in the future. This recommendation saved me hundreds of dollars. He was even kind enough when I asked him, to recommend some contractors for the fixer-upper I recently purchased. Lilly (property manager) is a sweetheart, and absolute pleasure and has always been kind and understanding, you can tell she really cares and will do anything in her power to help make you as comfortable as possible. We had a few personal problems and she was willing to work with us when it came to renting our place. I am sad to say we had to move, it was a cute, clean place, and the Lilly was extremely helpful. this place is like no other renting company we have used, and I only wish we could have stayed in Greenville.
