He inspected the car and said he would do the best he could. Knowing I wasn't going through my insurance company upon his suggestion I was able to save $100's more by bringing in my car with the headliner and sunroof assembly already removed for him. When I picked it up a couple days later I don't know how he did it, but it was immaculate! I was amazed he removed every single dent from the hail, plus some from parking lots- even on body creases he was able to pull the dents! And all at a very fair and affordable price. The insurance company would not pay for those dings. You would think for the thousands of dollars on hail repair that Juergen would go ahead and remove the two small door dings (Both cars in excess of $8000 in repair). Nope, he wanted extra money. I would have told him to go ahead and not bother with the car had I know he was going to do a partial job. Bad customer service. Will never use again.
