I showed Rebecca my fabric and wallpaper swatches. In no time she had picked out a color for my walls and another for my cabinets. She explained her thinking as she showed me how those paints picked up colors and brought out colors in my swatches. She showed me why some other paints wouldn't be as effective. I was just delighted. "Thrilled" is really the right word. All my hopes and dreams for my interior design came together on Rebecca's work table.

I recently had four pictures reframed, all different sizes. The cost was right around $300. One of…read morethe pictures was a large size, 16 x 20. While we were hanging the picture this weekend, that particular frame did not have glass in it. The other three framed pictures had glass. I brought the picture in to show them there was no glass. He looked at my invoices and told me that I wasn't charged for the glass for that frame and another frame, an 8x10. Four newly framed pictures, three had glass , one did not. ????? Why that particular frame, I don't know. $26 later, I paid for the glass. He said he wouldn't charge me for the 8x10 glass that they "gave " me. The employee had to redo the back and everything that it entails to put the glass in, that should have been put in the first time. I just assumed that if you buy a picture frame and he asks, what kind of glass it was that I wanted, he would put glass in all of them. I gave them my information including my phone number when I placed the order. Common sense would have been to call me and this could have been taken care of in two minutes. Customer Service could use an upgrade.
