The guy asked me what I need, and then proceeded to grab a basket and took me where the products are, and filled my basket with what I need. Once, I went there to duplicate a key. They didn't have the same base key to file from, so they use another one. Took the staff extra time to do that, and then he insisted that i do not need to pay for it, as he wasn't sure if it would work perfectly. Another time, they didn't have what I was looking for (an item I have been seeking in many places), the guy offered to ask the buyer to see if he can make a special order. Not all Ace's have great service, but this place is as good as it comes!

We've had a hard time picking the right combination of colors while painting around existing art and decor, and she always comes through with the best coordinating color scheme. She issued a refund over the phone and had someone pickup the incorrect order. I don't go to Flagler because no one speaks English and I can't speak Spanish. Now I was not expecting a full refund since I know it had been awhile since the purchase. I was told that since it was past 90 days, they would not be able to even give me a store credit even with my proof of purchase. Interesting as at Home Depot, they are willing to provide at least a store credit if you have your receipt and the product is still in stock and available. I am not knocking the return desk employee as she was great and was doing her job. This is more a knock of Lowe's corporate and their guidelines. Not a big deal but if you have a receipt and the product is available and can be sold again, why not provide a refund. Should've read the reviews and I wouldn't have this headache now. RUN!! Do not purchase anything…read morethat requires delivery. Purchased a drier. The delivery guys didn't have the right clamp for the hose and said they would connect it with duct tape. Warning bells should've have gone off. But if my experience can save you then I guess something good would come out of it. First time we used the drier the hose disconnected. We called immediately and they scheduled the service call. So we're home and wait and wait. Turns out Claudia at the warehouse 3341 canceled the call and decided she would send the same guys out. She didn't tell anyone, not even the guys because no one showed up. HOURS on with customer service in 3 phone calls. I called the delivery guys directly from the number they called me. They have the day off so don't know what Claudia did with our service call. Finally get it rescheduled for another day. The agent transferred me to the warehouse 3341 to ensure they have the missing part in time for tomorrow's delivery. Spoke with Briana who shouldn't deal with customers, tell me not to worry because her supervisor CLAUDIA would take care of it. At the end of my 59 minute call I get transferred to their survey which is in a loop and I cant tell them how lousy they are.

The work is exceptional and reasonably priced. They thoroughly explained every step of the project and they were always punctual. Matter of fact, I got daily updates from them throughout the entire project. When I decided to proceed with this project I called Patio King and spoke to the owner.
