Absolutely TOP NOTCH food and service! The Pairing Knife catered our pool side wedding reception on 7/25/15 and every aspect of the evening was perfect. The food was one of the stars for sure. Every appetizer was delicious, displayed in a beautiful way and was well thought out and planned. Jessie made recommendations to help us decide what apps to choose and each one was more fabulous than the last. He is such a wonderful guy. Our guests were raving at every bite! Plenty of food for all, but secretly we were wishing for more leftovers. 5 stars!! Find a reason to have them cater your event. You will not be sorry!

Ate most of it because I was starving but I wasn't impressed

I went to this truck pretty excited because the food truck scene on the Central Coast is small. He made a comment about no phones in line since I was telling my friend it was last call. Then when I went to order he almost didn't let me because "he said it was last call." Luckily he let me since I'd been in line the whole time (lucky I got to be a customer of this mediocre food truck). For $20 total my friend ordered the pasilla quesadilla (very little chilies) and I ordered the pulled pork nachos (if it wasn't for the pork I could have thrown tortilla chips, beans and cheese in a microwave for about the same quality). Definitely will eat elsewhere next time around.

My roommates and I went to central coast brewing and splurged on most of the items on this menu. The next day we were surprised when we saw the pairing knife at tap it! We didn't order from Jesse but he remembered us and treated us to the delicious fries with a mustard aoli! The food is so good! And you can't beat the friendly service! Very impressed with this fine dining on the go!

The loaded nachos from here are good but like $10 for a small portion. Not really a good value imho.

The grounds are amazing and the best part was seeing a ton of peacocks roaming around. Unfortunately, on my visit none of them were fanning their feathers. Hopefully next time! They also have an Air BnB on site that you can stay at. It looked really nice! There's plenty of seating in the courtyard area and you're allowed to bring your own food. We just came for a flight tasting, which is only $20 here. The nice part about the flight is that you also have the option to try ciders. They give you casino like chips here to use for each tasting. Great way to keep track! The reason for the three star rating is the lack of customer service. When I go to a winery, I expect the person pouring the wine to explain each one that I'm tasting. There was no explanation at all. Maybe I should of asked, but it was odd for a winery not to do that. The gentleman that poured didn't look too happy to be there either. I cringed each time I had to walk up to get my next pour. He barely said two words to me and I just got the feeling he was mad or upset about something. I wish I would have gotten his name! The girl that helped in the beginning was kind, but she also never explained each pour. Just a weird interaction overall. Would I return here? Yes! I loved the grounds and the peacocks. The wine was decent and I would like to try the ciders next time, but I'll probably go inside the store where they were also pouring wines. Hopefully they know what they're doing! Overall, a great spot to check out and next time I will make it a point to ask for a description of each pour even though I shouldn't have to.

No reservations, walk-in. We chose the tasting for two and got started enjoying our wine with beautiful views of the rolling hills. The host was very attentive and gave us our next tasting with perfect timing spaced between. We enjoyed the variety of wines we tasted and the friendly staff. There's one restroom on site located near the main entrance. They also had a nice water fountain to keep you hydrated during the tasting. Lastly, we love how this was dog friendly! We brought our little fur baby for the tasting outdoor. Would recommend this spot next time to dog owners!

The winery itself kind of looks like a house and has a bunch of tables out front. There was no music when we went but the vibe was amazing. It's a bit windy and the sun hits hard here so be prepared with sun screen. The wine was very good, some were sweet and others were a bit more oaky. The grapes they used in some of the wines were from the vines right next to us. Oscar and Clint were very helpful and provided a lot of insight on the area. We went to a couple of their recommendations in town and they did not miss. This vineyard is a solid place if you want to sip on some good wine with a view. Bottom line/TLDR: friendly vineyard with amazing views.

Our group have easily visited 250+ wineries and many of those we visited several times. We easily qualify as experts in the area of wine tasting. Based on our visit to Biddle Ranch as well as reviews I read the venue does not put an emphasis on hospitality. Our server (not educator) was nice but she seems to not care. Not care about selling wine, promoting or educating us about their wine and frankly or likes or dislikes. This behavior was repeated with other customers she was serving that day. If we are having a great time we reciprocate with numerous wine purchases and a generous tip. We only purchased the minimum to wave our tasting fees and could only justify the very minimum of gratuity. I truly hope management reads this post and invests time in better training their employees. We are in the area often and would love to have a spot to sip some wine before dinner. Based on this visit, I don't think so!

The Filipponi ranch hosts the production annually and it's an amazing experience and wonderful property. The stage is a little ways from the tasting room but set nicely in a valley between some hills and a nice shade covering of oak trees. The people working were very nice and accommodating and it made for an all around perfect date night with my wife. I did not have a glass while there but I did sample their 2023 Chardonnay and it was very nice. We asked if they had any fully cooked bottles for us to take home and enjoy on a later date. They did and I'm very excited for the pairings I have in mind for this bottle.
