It seems this is something they are doing frequently based off other reviews. This raises serious concerns about their business practices, they are redeeming vouchers prematurely and collecting payment without providing the corresponding treatments. Additionally, I have been unable to reach anyone by phone to address this issue. I will reverse the charge and report to Groupon. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I would advise others to proceed with caution.

Prior to appointment, I received txt reminders which were helpful but it wouldn't create a calendar appointment in my phone. Not anything to do with this salon. On arrival I was promtly greeted by Janna. She's very sweet and took the time to really understand my lash-goals and overall objective for this appointment. This is such an important step and so many techs overlook it. Truly appreciated! The studio is clean, sleek, calm and inviting.
