I bought a ring here about a week ago and it easily caught on something a lost it's shape. I took it back to the store to see if they had a way of fixing it or if they could do something about it. The employee was really apologetic and said that maybe they could something since i had just bought it. He went to his manager and she flat out said no. I had the ring and showed him and he went back to his manager (he seemed like he really wanted to help) but he said she still wasn't budging. Great to see that they care nothing about the quality of their product or customer service. As something who has shopped there multiple times, NEVER AGAIN. read more

I came in to get a necklace engraved for my sister for Christmas and the customer service here was rude from start to finish. Vesta took care of me and made it apparently clear she wanted nothing to do with me . Every question I asked was met with a sigh and look of distain. I honestly felt like she was hoping I'd leave her alone and go somewhere else if she was rude enough. I stuck it out because I wanted the necklace for my sister engraved because I knew it would be special. Vesta made this entire transaction incredibly painful to bear with her complete lack of customer service. I came in the store and asked the two ladies if they have the buy one get one free. They both looked up confused like they've never heard about a sale like that ever. They said they do not have that kind of sale. I proceeded to tell them I just got one a month ago for me and my daughter. Without smiling or being helpful, she corrected me that it was buy one at $125, get a free bracelet. If they have that kind of sale then they should have at least offered to let me know. I have to prove I got one bracelet for free before they actually helped me with it. These two ladies seem to be in the wrong business. They were not smiling, not helpful, not accomodating, and not willing to sell me anything. They just went about their business like I was interupting their day. I should have looked at Yelp before I went. Very disappointing for people to be working as a customer service rep when they seem to not know how to do service nor sell you anything. I have bought so many Pandora things for wife and daughter and I try to avoid this pandora well I made a grave error going here today the manager and covid Karen at the door were forcing people to use hand sanitizer or they were denied entry . There attitude for anyone that didn't want more of the burn your skin alcohol was oh well go away . They let me in after I didn't use any them the manager sent covid Karen over and told me to get out. This was my first time in this pandora store and a few of the sales ladies just looked at me as if my money wasn't good enough. That's the wrong attitude to have to a paying customer who's purchased several items. I was just trying to exchange a gift I received for my birthday due to getting the same one. Let me preface this by saying that this is probably a management issue. I got two bracelets that were on sale from Victoria. As a new customer, I was not aware of the return policy, and Victoria failed to mention that to me when I was doing my purchase. 2 days after my purchase I decided to return the bracelets and knowing that there is a 30 day return policy I went back in store to return them. The environment there is definitely hostile, the associates are just in the cash register chitchating while the the other one was helping a customer. Finally, when I went in, Amanda acknowledged me and upon knowing that I have a return, she gave a disappointed look, she then explained that I will not be able to return. I was annoyed at this point because Victoria did not mention to me what the return policy was. If I had known I would have not purchased those bracelets. Since I can't do anything anymore at this point, my only option was to exhange it and so I did because I did not want to keep the ones I got. My advice is for the management to make sure that their associates are able to communicateo to their customers effectively specially about return policies. There also needs some work when it comes to interpersonal skills. The associates are unfriendly and not approachable. They radiate negative vibes and that should be address by the management. I will never go back to this Pandora location. If you're reading this, consider this a WARNING. read more

The jewelry clerks at this pandora location are very welcoming, efficient, friendly and patient. They have consistent knowledge of current products and are helpful with the variety of questions I had. I've been here to just browse and on other occasions to buy, either way I was treated with the same respect and urgency. I adore the quality of pandora jewelry and recommend it to anyone who is looking for high quality, unique luxury jewelry as a gift or an addition to a jewelry collection. This store has the worst customer service out of all the Pandora stores I have ever been to. Usually I am a fair person, however the sales associates are rude, quick to judge, lazy, and relentless. When I went in to exchange something with the receipt labeled "SALES RECIEPT" I was immediately turned down because "I did not have a receipt." Also, the sales associates I experienced lacked the SUFFICIENT product and service knowledge that a Pandora sales associate should have. Sales associates should be representatives of the brand Pandora not their attitudes. Their sales associates tend to sit behind the register disconnected to their customers instead of floating around the store like they are paid to do so. This store is a disappointment, look out and make sure you hold on to your receipt for dear life. read more

The staff was excellent! Alisha was helping us through the the whole time we were there. She rearranged my whole bracelet for me with the new charms I bought! She was very friendly then the manager Molly helped me get a credit card and helped us with the promotion. Another lady was helping us also but I didn't get her name. But they were all so friendly! We also ran into them outside of the store and they were still really nice they recommended some places for us to go and stuff, I feel like I made new friends! Amazing service today from Nancy (Assistant Manager) and Lauren (Sales Specialist). I first spoke to Lauren this afternoon about losing a clip bead off my Pandora bracelet. She apologized for my loss and said she would be happy to replace the bead if my bracelet had been purchased there. I told her my husband and children bought my bracelet for Mother's Day from Jared in Tukwila. She suggested I go there and was sure they would help me. My daughter and I went to Jared- where we were rudely informed that they would not replace the bead. They were so rude, snobby and condescending that I won't ever set foot in there again. I still needed to replace the bead, so we went back to the Pandora store in Southcenter mall. Lauren was still there and when I told her what happened at Jared, she called her manager (Nancy) back from her lunch and they replaced my bead for free. This blew me away, I wasn't expecting them to do that since I hadn't purchased my bracelet there. They really cared about my experience and stood behind the product- really legendary customer service!! I was so happy, I decided to buy another bead from Lauren- they have earned a lifelong customer!!! I will definitely share this experience with everyone I know, and will buy all my Pandora products from Lauren and Nancy at the Southcenter Pandora store. Everything is locked behind glass what am I going to steal? I don't think they sell precious stones anyways, which is what I was looking to buy at the time. I received fabulous customer service at this Pandora Store. I was searching for a bracelet for my daughter (who is pregnant with her first child) and they showed me an adorable baby carriage charm, which I immediately fell in love with! The bracelet was purchased, as was the charm (plus 2 more to keep it company) -and I am sure she will love this gift!
