UPDATE OCTOBER 3, 2023: Tonight, I had a Reuben on Rye sandwich for $12.49 plus tax, plus a cup of water at no additional charge. The water was served immediately. Though the wait for the sandwich was a little long. But since it was so righteous, I retained their five star rating. This, especially since when I later asked for another cup of water, I was offered an additional cup of water. (though I declined the 3rd cup) A vial of ketchup comes standard with the sandwich without mustard. Though when I asked for a vial of mustard, I got it at no additional charge. read more

Was looking for a "carnivore" option in crossroads and decided to give this place a try. My spidey sense always kept me away from this place, but my autoimposed dietary restrictions today forced me to try it. Got a double cheeseburger with bacon. I asked if they could make it triple, but they would have charged 5$ for the extra patty, so I declined. Then I asked if the bacon was real bacon (because the menu says turkey bacon) and they said yes, but it wasn't. Or at least, it was a really lean and weird bacon. I discarded the bun (which I didn't want to eat and was soggy anyway) and overall it was not bad, but definitely not memorable. Next time I'll try Dick's, even if it's not as conveniently located. read more

= Crossroads Grill & Burger = Today I came across this newly opened American burger shop inside crossroad mall in Bellevue. Upon seeing Halal Kofta Burger on their menu i asked if other items are also Halal. The owner who is a Muslim told me that everything except two items can be made Halal upon request. This is awesome since to my knowledge there is no other place on the east side serving halal American style sandwiches. He also assured me that they make sure there is no cross contamination. I decided to order a double cheese burger with fries and shawarma wrap. The burger patties tasted good, the fries were fresh, crisp outside and soft inside. I specially liked the shawarma which is made very differently than other places. Along with a variety of American favorites including charbroiled hamburgers, classic sandwiches like Reuben and roast beef, Alaskan cod fish & chips, milkshakes are on the menu. read more

I wanted a simple meal, so I decided to check this place out. I order the chicken tenders which is only on the kids menu and was stated that was $8 and it came with fries and a drink. After ordering the cashier told me my total was $11? I was confused but paid because I do love to support new business. When I went up to get my order it was an in a to go bag when I specifically asked for it to be for there but it's whatever. When I opened my container I was more then disappointed ‍ these look nothing like chicken tenders, they were soaked in oil and soggy. It looks more like cod then chicken. The fries we ok not the best. I do not suggest getting the chicken tenders, such an easy meal to make but they messed up completely lol. I had the arctic cod fish and chips! I'm not exaggerating when I say that it was the perfect blend of crispy batter and fish. Nothing felt overpowering and they were crisped to perfection! I'm also a huge fan of tartar sauce and the fries and fish and chips just went so well together with that sauce. I can't wait to come back and try some more!! read more

My son and I ordered the fish and chips each. We got plenty of french fries I'll give them that, they were decent for sure but the fish was literally as thin as a pancake and about 4 inches long each. You would need to put the two pieces of this fish together and this would than equal one piece of cod that we should've gotten per piece. It's like they cut a piece of cod in half the long way and then battered and fried each piece and claim it as "2" pieces. I've included pictures and placed a french fry by the cod so you can have an example of what I'm talking about. For $12 per plate after taxes for these tiny wimpy pieces of fish, not worth it and will never go back again. Unfortunately, they really skipped out on quality to make the extra buck and I'm not even curious to try anything else on their menu. read more

Ordered garlic fries and got this. It's disgusting and does not taste like garlic at all! Asked for a replacement of regular fries and the guy told us "you ordered garlic fries, that's what you get. Discard it if you don't like it." They were very rude, especially him. Definitely not worth the $6.99 we paid for it. Never ordering from them again. I ordered the reuben sandwich which I've had before, which according to their meni is: Reuben On Rye $12.00 Corned beef on rye bread with sauerkraut and Swiss cheese with 1000 island dressing, kosher dell pickles on the side. This time there was no sauerkraut or 1000 island dressing, but there was mustard. I had already paid for my meal and when I took it back both the person who took my order and the cook told me that was a reuben sandwich. Xrossroads Burger & Grill as it's called. It's located inside Crossroads Mall just inside the main doors. This is a New Restaurant at Crossroads where Crossroads Cafe use to be. They have some of the same food as the Cafe did. Myself I have ate there twice now. Last time was the Fish, Shrimp, and Chips. It was very good. Not a bad price, lot's of food, good taste, and was done right. I asked for no salt, and was served that way. I have and would recommend this place to my friends. read more

Horrible customer service, soggy food and rudest owner/ manager ever - stay away at all costs... Went it to buy some fries for my kid. There were about 3-4 people ahead of me. The two guys in front of me ordered milkshakes and I ordered french fries. While my spouse waited for the fries I walked across to the book store and spent 15-20 mins there. When I came back , to my surprise my spouse and the two guys ahead of us were still waiting.. I went to the counter to check on status..this when I ran into the rudest person ever..the Manager /owner responded "I'm busy, wait for your order " . I requested to cancel my order .he responded " no, I can't refund your money " and launched into a tirade that I couldnt really understand.. I understand labor shortages and am supportive of local restaurants post pandemic..but don't stand for abuse. And btw, the fries he handed over while abusing me were soggy as hell and lukewarm... I wouldn't eat at this restaurant if your life depended on it they just scammed my friend and gave her a problem about her hamburger because she's got food allergies. Because of this I will not go to them I need their they're pretty unprofessional and they need to teach their cook some manners about how to treat people and they're not very nice to people the cook isn't at least.
