Great sandwich place. We had the Cuban sandwich (forget what the actual name is). Lots of choices.

Food is crazy good. The sandwich selection makes a decision difficult but when you bite in all is well.

I was gonna do a picture of my Island of Capri sandwich (like any good social media-er does), but after the first bite this sucker was gone. I mean, I'm lucky I didn't pull back bloody fingers. It wasn't just me, my lunch date was licking her EvDaBev juices off like it was her last meal. Yikes. The shop is small and cutely decorated. If you have a crowd, you might wanna get it to go. The food was delivered quickly to our table in (of course) a paper bag. Staff was friendly. In this world, that means a lot. A shame I don't live anywhere near here. read more

This place is so yummy! Literally can't go wrong with any sandwich on the menu. We ordered the Jamaican me crazy sandwich and the mini Reuben sandwiches. They came on the most yummy pretzel bread buns. Most notable was the amazing energy from the employees. They were so upbeat and friendly. By far the best Cuban and Philly cheese steak sandwiches we have had. We lived in SouthFlorida who has great Cuban's and just visited Philadelphia, where we had Z Philly cheesesteak. Not even close to better than The Paper Bag. read more

I can't believe I just found this place! We got the #10 (EvDaBev Crossover) and the #11 (Tre Wey Jay). The #11 was really tasty and I loved the pork in it! But, the #10 was definitely our favorite. I would say top 3 sandwiches ever, easy! It reminded me of the delis in New York. A generous amount of thinly shaved roast beef with melted cheese (and a few other additions) onto a chewy hoagie, super yummy. The service was also great! They were welcoming and had a few recommendations since it was our first time. I highly highly recommend coming to this place!! read more

Went there specifically for the Cuban sandwich, as I do Cubano reviews on YouTube (goofy, I know, but I love these things). I thought the sandwich was pretty good. It wasn't quite the typical Cuban, but I can't put my finger on why exactly. Pork was delicious. They add mayo to theirs, which is growing on me. Cool atmosphere in there as well. Real deli vibe, service was very friendly. I can't wait to go back and try more sandwiches. Recommend. Sorry I didn't get any pics! That Cuban was amazing. I've only found 1 other place that had Cubans I like and it's been closed down for years. I will be back and on a regular basis for sure! I ordered their Tony Montana Cuban sandwich. No question, this is the best Cuban sandwich I've had since leaving Miami 15 years ago. Perfection. The server was super kind and helpful. She came to my table just to very that I wanted the Tony Montana, not the Tony Soprano. "I always get them confused because they're both Tony sandwiches and I've seen both movies." Outstanding! Hard to find places that combine good food, good service and ambiance. Everyone should go and support this place. The location is out of the way, unfortunately, but we'll worth the drive. Would hate to see this place go away. Can't say enough about it. Skip the over bloated highly commercialized corporate chains and go get the best sandwich you've ever had right here. Every time I complain about a place they offer me a free meal, like I wanna get punished twice, duh! This place is AMAZING. They ought to offer a frequent flyer buy 9 get one. Whatever happened to those deals? Anyway, go there, once a week until you have one of each, then keep going back and order the "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, don't ask don't tell" at least once a week. We stopped in when it was super quiet on a weekday early afternoon, the couple of people working were super pleasant. Sandwiches have great flavor and potential but absolutely the thinnest, smallest serving of meat possible. You're honestly better off running down the road to Publix for a sub. We left hungry so that was a bummer. Not worth $10. read more

Placed our order with an older lady. Took 20 minutes to get our two sandwiches that were $13 each. My wife order a cuban. When she did get her food she said this doesn't taste right. She took it back to the older lady and asked is this a cuban sandwich? The lady snapped back said you ordered a Rueben. My wife said no i didn't and the lady got more irritated. My wife being the nice person she is brought the sandwich back to the table because she didn't want to make a fuss with this lady. She has never ordered a Reuben in the 43 years i have known her! My thought was what horrible customer service. I understand they sound similar, but when a customer brings back a very over priced sandwich the lady should not have argued back like she did. I finally got to go to the Paper bag this am. I ordered a French toasteich and the Crossover, "Philly meets French dip" sandwich. The Toastwich came with scrambled egg and sausage on French toast. The French toast was good (with a maple syrup dipping cup) Egg was ok the sausage was mild.. good but not great The roast beef sandwich was real good especially the sauce they provided as au jus, it was a cross between a good thin ish gravy and an au jus with an overtones of garlic/ roasted onions. The beef was thin sliced and tender, beefy tasting. I was the first walk in of the morning and perhaps they weren't "up to speed " but it seemed to be a long wait for 2 sandwiches.
