Last Thursday after shopping at the new HEB we were happy to had finished 10 minutes before 3pm. We had 10 mins to stop by The Pastry Corner. The place is nice and clean and inviting. The staff member was friendly and courteous. Everything look so good I decided to buy Coconut Cream Pie, Lemon Cake, Cinnamon Rolls and Cookies of each flavor. Sadly, I have to give The Pastry Corner 1 Star because all the pastries including the cookies were stale. I even had to microwave the Cinnamon Roll before giving it a try. I will not give it another chance. They should have never sold us old pastries and bread. We are so disappointed! read more

Wonderful cafe and pastry spot that will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth and need for caffeine. They also go to some of the local area farmers markets. I usually see them at the Garden Ridge farmers market, and end up leaving with chocolate chip cookies and banana bread. At the shop, they a wide assortment of treats. New Local Business Opened today in downtown Cibolo!! The Pastry Corner didn't disappoint! First the renovations of this home was gorgeously done, upon walking in we were pleasantly greeted. The entire house smelled so good and the ladies and gent were very helpful and thorough. I ordered the strawberry pop tart, raspberry cruffin, oatmeal cookies, chocolate chip cookies, rosemary parmesan sourdough and a London Fog. The strawberry pop tart was thick with just the right amount of sweet. The raspberry cruffin was ridiculously tasty that'll be my go to for sure. The rosemary bread was still warm with subtle hints of rosemary. The oatmeal cookies are so soft and good gawd just like grandma used to make silly good too! I haven't tasted the chocolate chip cookie as of yet but they are big and fluffy. The London Fog with vanilla was perfection. I love love love supporting our small but growing community, you should stop on by and give these wonderful people a hello and grab yourself a drink and delightful treat! I give this place five stars. But I don't want you all to go there so I get ALL the baked goods! Quick service for such a long line. Wonderful food from the four times we tried. We had an order for our friends and it was still amazing. Very cute location. The outdoor patio is very clean and looks wonderful for a large group. read more

I came for the cruffins...and was disappointed. But no worries, they have other pastries for you to eat. The cruffins sell out so fast, so arrive early. I left with croissants that were very buttery and delicious. The building is hidden and you would miss it without navigation. The ladies were really nice, and they offer military discount! I drove from San Antonio to this adorable Pastry Corner- it's literally located on a corner so the name of the business is perfect! We were greeted by the owner's mother who was so kind and welcoming. Tried the lavender vanilla latte, ham and cheese croissant, blueberry tart, and lemon pastry. It's so good we have been back and will continue to return! So many choices and haven't had one thing even come close to a slight disappointment. I'm hesitant to post this review in fear that this incredible little place will be discovered and overrun, but that would just be selfish. Downtown Cibolo, Texas, is the LAST place I would look for a pastry shop of this quality. First, it's adorable: a little house with a deck and large porch swing in the back. There's plenty of parking in the front, but it does fill up quickly. And the pastries! Best chocolate croissant I've had on this continent, and my companions had a hazelnut chocolate croissant, a cinnamon roll, and a giant brownie, all of which were fantastic.
