The building is easy to find, situated next to Randolph Dental and across the street from Take 5 Oil Change. Parking is straightforward. The restaurant shares an outdoor lot with several neighboring businesses, and there was plenty of parking directly in front, including clearly marked handicapped spaces, plus an additional row across from the restaurant. Inside, the space is open, comfortable, and very clean. The interior seating is well maintained, and staff were consistently attentive to keeping the dining area tidy throughout the visit. The setup feels relaxed and inviting, and it is also nice to see that outdoor seating is available if you prefer fresh air. The food was excellent. I ordered the veggie omelette with added avocado and turkey, which was savory and well balanced. The hash browns were well seasoned with a good pepper profile, and the white chocolate latte stood out in particular. It did not have the artificial syrup aftertaste that is common at many places, which made it especially enjoyable. Service is what truly made the visit stand out. Jacqueline was friendly, attentive, and helpful from start to finish. She checked in at the right moments, answered questions without rushing, and kept everything running smoothly. Maria and I have driven by this place a few times. Finally had a chance to come check it out. Place looks small, but there is plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Clean place, well organized. When you walk in, you go up to counter to order. The menu is up on screens behind the counter. Well lit and easy to read. We decide on the simple trios breakfast. We both got scrambled eggs and bacon and hash browns. This plate is good, but just plain. They have condiments on the table, hot sauce and salt and pepper. We got a biscuit to try out and a side of toast. Those items are extra, does not come with the meal. We didn't find that out till we got our receipt. We got two coffees. I wanted pancakes, but our first option was busy, and I didn't want to wait. The pancakes are a great size, but the flavor was just okay. I added syrup, that helped a little. After you order, find a place to sit, they have a full coffee bar, but I'm not familiar with all the bougie coffee lingo, lol. I just got a regular coffee. If you're into that kinda coffee, try this place out. All in all, we would consider going back, but ordering something else different. Plenty of parking, and the restrooms are clean. read more

I went for the Sunshine Pizza paired with a Snickers Mocha, while my sister opted for the Simple Trio along with a French Kiss drink. The Biscuit House offers a good basic breakfast in a sparkling clean environment. They have a coffee bar and extensive coffee drink menu. On entering you order at the counter. Coffee is self serve unless a specialty drink. This threw me off because I expected a full service experience and my pet peeve is being offered a tipping opportunity before I've even tried the food or been served. It was also a bit awkward standing there to figure out what I wanted from their wide menu. But the young lady at the counter was friendly and helpful. Food arrived quickly and the staff checked on me and refilled my water a few times. I'm not sure if free refills on coffee but that would be a plus. My check with tip was $21. Hash browns also no flavor, if you like them crispier ask when ordering. However, be careful with that because after they redid them they tasted like old or burnt cooking oil. Bad aftertaste. Although the food we had was good, not spectacular It is hard to give a positive review. It was a chilly morning so none wanted the patio tables understandably, making for a long wait to get a table. Then folks started ordering to go then taking it to a table to eat on-site. When several people approached the manager, she said they will not do anything about the behavior. A number of folks left. This is just wrong on many levels. Then my order came, my side of bacon, 2 slices was 1. When I questioned it the waitress took offense and said she'd have to take it back to the kitchen if I wanted the 2nd slice I paid for. They had alot of issues when they first opened but had hoped things were better now. Biscuit House was recommended by some friends and it did not disappoint. The parking wasn't too bad and we walked in at about 9:40 on a Saturday morning. Which was just in time because it started to fill up shortly after! The staff were very welcoming and helped me to get my husband who is in a wheelchair in and to a table. You order first then you go sit down. It is a nice seating area to sit and have breakfast and great conversation. Everything on the menu looked amazing but of course we both wanted the same thing. We ordered the full biscuit breakfast. The only difference is he likes scrambled eggs and I like mine over medium. This included biscuit with gravy, two sausage and two bacon with the eggs. While I was looking forward to trying this place, it's important to acknowledge that I have a love-hate relationships with biscuits. I often find them too dense and dry for my liking. But simultaneously biscuits and gravy is one of my breakfast go-to's. I know that's weird, but it's what it is. First, This place is a walk in and order at the counter type of joint. They only serve breakfast and an assortment of specialty coffees. My wife and I ordered a biscuit with gravy and a meat-lovers omelette and split it all. Both were very good. Let's start with the biscuit, since it's what this place is all about. The biscuit was pretty good- the density and dryness was not overwhelming. The outside had a buttery crunch and the inside was soft and warm. The gravy was very good with tiny "marbles" of sausage. The gravy also had the hint of a "tangy" element- we are thinking it's a dash of cayenne, which gave the gravy a brownish/reddish hue. The omelette was loaded with cheddar cheese, sausage, bacon and ham. It was cooked to a perfect hardness with butter (just be this places secret ingredient). The hashbrowns were fine- nothing special, but still good. The omelette also came with a biscuit on the side, which was a true test for us- we ate the top half with strawberry jelly and it was good, however we left the bottom of the biscuit untouched- again this our issue with biscuits in general. All in all We will return as there are some other items on their menu we would like to try- a biscuit sandwich and French toast to name a couple. It will be a different experience compared to most restaurants as you order at the counter first and then they assign you a table so you don't have the luxury of picking your own seating. Outside of that experience, I am confident that the service and food will be enjoyed by many as the portion size is fair and the quality is fresh. Price is about the same as other chain restaurants. I just happened to see a good review of Biscuit House on a Facebook group and since breakfast is my favorite meal, we decided to drive up to Shertz from North Central SA to try it out. We're very glad we did. The food was outstanding, the service was good and the restaurant was spotless. I had the Bisciut House special which was 2 eggs over a biscuit and gravy with bacon, sausage and hash browns. Very tasty combination. My wife had a meat lovers omlet which was good as well. I also ordered an iced American coffee which was very good. The service was good. Very friendly owner who is very proud (deservedly so) of her store and menu. We did go early afternoon on a weekday, so it was quiet. I'd imagine during the busy weekend hours, it may get a little hectic. The store is bright and open and we quickly noticed how clean it was. We'll be adding Biscuit House to our rotation even though it's a good drive from home. It's worth it for sure. read more

Excellent customer service. The format is similar to a coffee and breakfast place in San Ramon, TX just off I-35 N. I had the veggie omelette and tried a single pancake side with their house coffee. The house coffee is refillable but a little on the bitter side... but that's typically house coffee. They have special coffees at their coffee bar. I'm here for breakfast. I bought one of their mugs because I don't like takeout cups for coffee. Price-to-portion needs a little improvement but still tolerable since their customer service is excellent. 3 stars for my first experience here.
