Our ohana went to many clinics on island but none could top this clinic. We first trusted Kauai vet a few months ago with our 12yo old lady Brindle/Blue pitbull named Fatgirl, this clinic provided the most reliable and optimal care for our fatgirl who was going through a rough time dealing with the symptoms of her cancer. They helped us put fatgirl to rest and took very good care of us giving us MANY options, treating us with aloha, patience and compassion. Kauai vet clinic doctors AND staff took very good of our old lady and just met our Fatboy for the first time yesterday with the same care and attention. Their emergency fee is also a lot cheaper than most clinics. We will continue to trust kauai vet as they've been really good to us and our fur babies. I completed their Intake form last Thursday, today is Tuesday - so you would think that by now I would be a priority - but after NUMEROUS texts and phone calls to them, at 11am they informed me (by text) that - once again - they are too busy to come today. IT IS A HELLISH EXPERIENCE TO WAIT FOR A VET TO COME WHILE YOUR PET GETS WORSE BECAUSE EVERY DAY IS THE ONE YOU BELIEVE THEY WILL COME! They will waste your time while you wait for them and your pet pays the price.
