Will is fantastic. I discovered him last year and have called him a few times to help with PC problems at my small business. He is always able to solve the problem quickly, and check for any other issues while he's here. Recently I needed to replace 3 aging computers, and add a new one to our network. Will came in on the weekend to do the file migrations, app and driver installations, network setup and integration, and upgrades to our OS and accounting software. He even suggested and installed a classic shell to ease my concerns about switching to Windows 10. There were challenges along the way, and he was able to solve them all to get us back up and running for Monday morning. Then he checked in on us to be sure everything was working. I have been using Will Baker from The PC Computer Doctor for about 6-7 years. I originally found him through the Pennysaver, and what I like best about Will is his honesty and trustworthiness. Will comes to your house or wherever your computer is. I am a 60+ year old woman that isn't the most tech savvy person in the world. Will takes his time doing whatever you need to have done, but patiently explaining any instructions. He can clean up your system, remove viruses, update things, and probably tutor you if needed. I have had Will to my house probably about eight times in these past years and I couldn't be happier. He is always very fair. His current rate is $50 an hour. There are probably a number of people that can get the job done, but what I like best is Will's low key, non-pushy approach and the fact I am completely comfortable with him coming to my home.
