It's a low pressure sales environment. Very personalized service. There was some inventory on hand - new and used guns/ammo - but not a lot. If you buy a gun they'll probably have to order it. *APPRAISAL SERVICES* I am no expert when it comes to firearms and recently inherited a collection that I needed to have appraised. I contacted several gun shops and this one was the friendliest and most attentive. I explained what I was looking for and Karen answered all my questions. Karen and Christian helped me with the appraisals and were super cool and down to earth. Karen even helped me bring all the firearms inside the store from my car that was parked far away due to a packed shopping center. I learned so much about each firearm and gun laws while I waited. Hi I purchased some accessories over the phone , a few days before Christmas as we were arriving in LV Christmas Eve . Talked to the the sales team regarding collection Saturday 12/26/2020 , I was in town looking at Properties which ran long . Agreed to collect that date only to find that the team had closed early due to Christmas plans (totally understand its Christmas) . Arrived at 3pm thinking I had till 5pm per the website , but unfortunately missed them . I emailed the store , I got a call back a short while later and the owner agreed to meet me after hours to make sure I received what I'd already paid for . He said " can't let you leave town without getting your stuff" . WOW , I thought the concept of customer service had died in the US , let along CA or NV . I purchased a Smith and Wesson .380 EZ Shield from Peacemakers for personal protection. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The gun wasn't in stock but they ordered it and it came in within about 3 days. The price was about $35 cheaper than at the big box store. So I called the store 3hrs later at 1416hrs and was told it was not yet in their inventory! Said if they dont call me today, they'll call me tomorrow to pick up firearm. I was in Vegas on business this week and stopped in Peacemakers today with some work friends. We were really impressed with the selection of firearms they had. Pistols in the counters and long guns on the walls (behind the counters). Ted and Mike were responsive and not put out at all when we asked to see many firearms. They pointed out some nice features on the firearms they showed us rather than just standing there (like workers at many other gun stores). Ted told me this is why he started this business. You can tell they enjoy it, and appreciate you as a customer like a real business should. I have been to many other gun stores, some big and some small... I was really hoping that this would be the only firearms store I'd be doing business with especially after reading all the great reviews, sadly I was disappointed. To be fair, the staff was friendly. I was called in a timely manner when my transfer came in. I was greeted when I entered, I was asked if I need help and lastly I was acknowledged after the transaction. Also the transfer went smoothly. Now on to the disappointing part. I was in a hurry to pick up my firearm because I could only pick it up during my lunch break otherwise I'd have to wait till Saturday to pick it up since their hours of operation coincide with my work hours and I'm unable to pick it up after work. I understand there is a transfer fee and taxes so when I heard the fee total it kinda freaked me out but I wanted my firearm and needed to get back to work. I paid and glanced over the receipt on my way out the door I figured I'd look at it in more detail when I get home, when I finally got home I did another look over the receipt and noticed that the transfer fee was higher than what was quoted when I initially contacted them; you can see in the pictures. It may not have been much but it's the principle of the business to honor prices that were given unless stated that prices may adjust due to whatever circumstances. I was really excited and wanted to continue my business with them as their prices for firearms are really reasonable but after this issue I don't want to go back to deal with them trying to get my money back. This is going to be my first and last transaction. Very disappointed. read more

First off the staff at this store are really great. I first stopped in looking for Cz scorpion magazines which have been out of stock everywhere and are really hard to find, but they seem to have plenty of them. They were priced right but gave me a good deal for purchasing multiple magazines. The second time I stopped in they were really busy but still acknowledged me. I had originally came in to purchase for magazine but stumbled upon a beautiful glock 26 in fde that I had to have. Again, the staff were able to work with me and gave me a price that beat every store online and in Vegas!!!
