A Perfect 25th Anniversary Celebration!…read more My husband and I recently visited Fifty 44 with some friends to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and we were absolutely blown away! Whatever the new chef is doing in the kitchen, it is AMAZING. For our appetizers, we started with the Ahi Tacos and the Sweet Chili Wings. Both were outstanding. The tuna in the tacos was incredibly fresh and silky. The wings were perfectly crispy and had just the right amount of flavor without drowning in sauce--exactly how they should be! For our main courses, we ordered the Halibut and the Roasted Chicken. I can honestly say that the roasted chicken was the best I have ever had. My husband was equally thrilled with his halibut; he said it was cooked to absolute perfection, and the accompanying corn chowder was absolutely delicious.
