For years I have had very uneven eyebrows due to many botched waxings at nail salons. I finally decided that I had enough and wanted to go somewhere that I could fully trust to not only fix my brows, but also help determine the most flattering shape for my facial features. I am so happy I found The Perfect Brows! Jocelyn did an amazing job and she was incredibly nice! She took the time to explain what shape would be ideal for my face and somehow managed the impossible by making my brows even again! She also showed me how to fill in my brows for additional fullness since I am now in "brow rehab". Everyone I met that worked at the salon was very welcoming and friendly. As a Retin-A user with sensitive skin, I did plucking instead of waxing. I was very impressed that I was questioned about what prescription strength products I use on my skin. Disappointing all around- customer service, quality of work, how slow the brows artist was and the overpriced cost. The entire experience was amazing! I was ready for a change, ready for a consultation that actually took more than 2 seconds. She was very warm and inviting. Face shape, eyebrow grooming, makeup and brow upkeep were all topics we spoke about in detail and I left the studio excited. Who knew you could get so much information about your eyebrows?! I contact Leza an ask her can she schedule me in because we are here for the weekend and she work me in right away. I saw the commercial for the Perfect Brows and immediately called for an appointment. I was headed out of town for the weekend and I'd decided a $7 brow job just would not do. I also wanted to try lashes for the first time and didn't want them done in a nail salon. My experience at the Perfect Brows was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and they taught me what my true brow shape should be based on the shape of my face. They taught me how to fill in my brows and make them look perfect even though they are currently in "rehab" from the many $7 brow jobs in the past. I have been a customer of The Perfect Brows since last fall, but I will never return to this establishment. Since I have been a customer, two of the ladies that have done my brows have either quit or been fired. Turnover is extremely high. I made my appointment on Monday, and a man answered the phone. After reading the previous reviews, I can only assume that it was the owners husband. I informed him that I needed an appointment for Thursday, & he told me to come in at 1030 on Thursday, and I will have an appointment with Leza (the owner) for threading. I received my emailed appointment confirmation & also an email reminder for my appointment. I arrive today, for my appointment at 1030 on the dot, & The Perfect Brows isn't even open! I am so angry that I drove all the way from Marietta to Buckhead for no reason! I've wasted my time, and I am out of patience with this business, and I will never return! Ladies, there are other brow businesses in Atlanta that will do a beautiful job with your brows. Do not waste your time or money at The Perfect Brows. Update: Hi Leza, Thank you for your reply. I actually did call twice before my appointment in an effort to let you know that I was on my way. Once at 10:26 and another at 10:27. No one answered the phone. When i arrived to your business at 10:30 am, the doors were locked and the shades were down. I'm not sure how I was supposed to know that you were in the business, if it looked like the place was closed. Furthermore, you did not call me until 10:53 am about my appointment. I was already on my way home by that time, and there is no way that I was going to turn around. Also, in the voicemail message that you left me, you stated that my appointment was at 10:45 am, so obviously, you did not know that my appointment was actually at 10:30 am. I have had three appointments at your business, one of which the receptionist claimed I didn't have an appointment, and I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for an artist to finish to accommodate me. You obviously have a problem with scheduling that needs to be fixed ASAP. I was actually going to call you back to take you up on the offer to reschedule, but after reading your response I will do what I was going to do before and take my business elsewhere. Thank you. Yes, it's pricier than a 5 minute brow wax in the back of your local nail salon. But, while you're only paying a few bucks more, you are getting soooo much more! My visit was with Inca, who is really friendly and bubbly and knows EVERYTHING about makeup and brows. We chatted nonstop and I can't wait to go back to pick her brain some more. She started out with a consultation, helping me decide what I want my goal brows to look like and offering me advice based on the shape of my face. She explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it, which I love. After the consultation and brow shaping, Inca showed me how to expertly fill-in my brows at home until I've grown them out more. I ended up purchasing a brow brush, concealer, and brow shadow. I love the products, the service, and the staff. I can't wait to grow these babies out some more so I can go back! Oh, and they give you a frequent customer card: every 5th brow wax is half-off and every 10th is free! read more

This place is unlike any other in town! I have been hearing great things about this place so about a month ago I walked in to check it out. You need to have an appointment (Leza is the only one doing brows so it is not a brow factory) but she offered to squeeze me in right then between appointments. I could not believe the service as I was a brand new customer and she could have just told me to schedule an appointment for a later date. And she did not rush her time with me and gave me the full one-on-one treatment. Leza is definitely a brow specialist! The first session takes about 30 minutes because she really explains everything very thoroughly and walks you through all the steps. And yes, you will probably have to go through her "Brow Rehab" which requires you to allow your brows to grow out (no touching!) for a month before your next visit. That was really hard but definitely worth it. My brows have never looked so full and had such a great shape to them! They really look completely different (and much better!) than they ever have. I am a convert and will never go back to any of the other places again--highly recommend you give her shot! read more

First time going there was good. They saw me even though i didn't have an appointment and I got a brow wax. I am annoyed that i have awkward stray hairs left that I am supposed to "let grow out" for better shaping later on. That doesn't make me look very good right now. I came here for the first time after growing my brows out after a really bad waxing job by another studio. I saw Shana and she did an amazing job. She took her time to explain to me how she was mapping my eyebrows, and where each part of the brow should line up with my face. She was very precise. I've gone to the Benefit Brow bar and Anastasia brow bar in the past, and neither made my brows look this good. The price is very reasonable for what you get. I've had my brows done all over ATL and a couple times in NYC, but no one is better than The Perfect Brows. You simply won't find anyone better. The ladies are consummate professionals, are genuinely friendly, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. I have visited all the so-called "top salons" in the city to have my eyebrows waxed and threaded and none of them compare to The Perfect Brows!!! You have never experienced a professional brow shaping until you visit this salon. I am very particular about my brows and was nervous to try someone new because of my past experiences of having one brow thinner than the other or, not having the proper arch. But The Perfect Brow came highly recommended from a friend of mine and I decided to give them a shot. When I arrived at the salon at my appointment time, I was immediately greeted and prepped for my consultation. I was given a mirror to hold as the young lady outlined and explained to me in detail the areas that needed work and what shape we would see before any hair was removed. After my brows were waxed, Leeza explained to me where I needed to let the brow fill in and then she gave me a tutorial on how to fill them in at home. I was very happy that she took the time to show me how to maintain my brows in between visits and I am VERY pleased with the results! I feel like I just met my new best friend! I have already booked my next appointment and I am confident there is no need for me to look any further, they have a client in me for life. Ive had the worst eye brows forever, I thought it was hopeless until i went to the perfect brows. JOSLYN is the woman I made an appt with... she was super sweet!!!!... she really took her time and explained how my eye brows SHOULD look... my expectations were high considering things I heard about this place but Joslyn surpassed my expectations! She completely changed my uneven brows and made beautiful brows that framed my face... she showed me how to color in my brows to make them look better in the places I still needed to grow out. Its a HUGE difference... people literally compliment my brows all the time... no exaggeration. This is a REAL brow salon... not some place you are going to run in and out of in 5 minutes and pay 7$... they really understand how important brows are to your overall look. The owner is a mess. She acts so rude and childish to her staff. I never thought a women of her age could act so immaturely. I had been a regular customer sonce Yvonne and I stayed because I couldnt find Yvonne but after comin so frequently I begin to notice little eye movements from her when anyone would ask her something and comments that were made with an attitude and I believe what I was noticing. This with the FRQUENT change in her staff and knowing that the women that were there were women that were a pleasure to be around were now gone I started asking myself why are all these women straying from this one person and I realized that I had to take a step back and see that it couldnt be all those women with the bad energy. It has to be that one women who always find herself with someone new around her and as soon as those her new ones show there strengths, they will be gone as well. I feel like she is a type of woman that wants to be needed so she can feel superior. I love the girl Shana that does my eyebrows but I see that she has the needy type of personality that the owner needs so she will be there. I wont be going back to The Perfect Brows. I'm Asian and I have very fine brows. I've gone through my fair share of too thin eyebrows. I read the reviews about them and decided to give them a try since I'm getting marry in two weeks. I had been growing my brows out so that they could have something to work with. Yvonne was simply amazing. She gave me a great shape even though I was hesistant at first because I thought it was too thick for my face. A day has gone by and I realized how much I love my brows now. She explained everything and addressed all of my concerns and she was so sweet and friendly. When I get my brows threaded I can see strays but this is the first time that I didn't see any. I'm very discerning because I can't even stand one single stray hair. I highly recommend them. The price wasn't as bad either compare to what another reviewer said. I went for the first time yesterday for brow tinting. When I called over the phone, I was told that it was only 25.00 for tint. When I came in, the young lady only plucked two or three of my eyebrow hairs, and began the tinting. She mentioned that she wouldn't have to do too much because it looked as if I had already been cleaned up. She measured my brows and gave me a nice consultation. However, when I went up front to pay, I was charged 60.00 for my services. (Brows + tint). I think $35.00 is too much to charge for plucking three hairs off someone's brows. The place is nice and relaxing and the staff is cordial, but the price is too expensive and especially for someone who wasn't expecting it. I am going to return but that left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

Hands down this is the absolute best place to go for fabulous eyebrows! I have naturally thick eyebrows and have a hard time finding a place to go to shape them without thinning them until now. Leeza was kind enough to work me in even though she was booked. She studied my face shape and told me what eyebrow shape best compliments my face. She then proceeded to outline the shape that my brows should be and pointed out the places where they needed to grow in. After a painless wax, one of the other kind ladies filled in my brows where needed. She too explained step by step on what she was doing and taught me how to do the same thing at home. I purchased all of the products including the brow duo powder, eyebrow brushes and concealer. The session itself was $35 which may seem pricey to some but I totally got my money's worth.
