Ginger is an amazing trainer who cares deeply about her clients progress toward their goals and over all success. I training with her for several months and can say she is an amazing person and trainer. The facility is another matter. The equipment is crowded into 2 small rooms and 1 that is about double the size. It is nautilus equipment and does not meet the needs of people who are short in stature but Ginger did her best to provide cushions of all sizes to try to accommodate. Their new equipment slated for 2027 promised to be outstanding. The restroom are not in the space and there are multiple air purifiers to help this carpeted area to smell fresh. I've been an athlete all of my life, a "gym rat" for 40+ years doing the 5 days/week, 3 to 4 sets of 12, 10, 8 reps/body part once/week routine. I have been doing The Perfect Workout since February 2013. Obviously I love it, or I would not have hung in there for 5 1/2 years! I am getting noticeably stronger all the time and can easily lift myself up to get on my counter tops to grab things from high shelves or change my clock! My first impression was an exceedingly professional environment and the trainer "Sonja Jackson" was remarkably talented. She was very patient answering all of my Micro management questions. I wanted to know everything about this training technique. Sonja's pre-planned workout was phenomenal and I could really feel the difference in my muscle activation. I have known Angela Kading for many years and have had the opportunity to train with her for quiet some time. Working out has always been a chore for me, but not here. I look forward to going to my workouts with Angela and have gained an amazing amount of strength without straining or hurting my muscles. Straining my muscles is something I was always fearful of after surgery but with Angela's guidance and how the company teaches slow motion strength training, I've only gotten stronger with no injury. I never imagined it was possible to get in shape by only dedicating 20 minutes twice a week, but, since joining The Perfect Workout over two years ago, I feel that I am in better physical health at age 59 than I was at 29. My work schedule is hectic, often involving ten hour days, but I (almost) never miss a work out. I am in my 60's and although I worked out and was very careful about my weight for many years, in the past 5 years I got lazy and put on weight around my stomach and hips.
