Ginger is an amazing trainer who cares deeply about her clients progress toward their goals and over all success. I training with her for several months and can say she is an amazing person and trainer. The facility is another matter. The equipment is crowded into 2 small rooms and 1 that is about double the size. It is nautilus equipment and does not meet the needs of people who are short in stature but Ginger did her best to provide cushions of all sizes to try to accommodate. Their new equipment slated for 2027 promised to be outstanding. The restroom are not in the space and there are multiple air purifiers to help this carpeted area to smell fresh. I would gladly work with Ginger with new, modern equipment in a fresher environment anytime! read more

The most effective in building muscle mass and as for having a person trainer Michael Morris as my trainer is he listens he coaches he encourages and is constantly pushing me as I work very hard the 20 minutes goes very quickly however very challenging! I've been an athlete all of my life, a "gym rat" for 40+ years doing the 5 days/week, 3 to 4 sets of 12, 10, 8 reps/body part once/week routine. I keep getting the feed on my FB page advertising for the PWO to try it for free so I decided I give it a try I booked my first session online, I then start to getting emails,texts and phone calls to confirming my schedule! I probably got 10+ texts and several calls and emails! I showed up on got greeted with Nick he was nice told me about him self 20min and asked if I needed help with nutrition information I said no don't need help , he showed me the gym 3 small rooms with few exercise equipment in each room same one you can find at any gyms to do weight left and work out legs,arms extra so he had me do about 5 different equipment with a very slow motion he said that is the key to getting the best results in the fitness! 20 minutes workout sounds too good to be true! After he asked if I know about the pricing, I respond no then he got his clipboard to show me the price and he said it is $495 a month if I want to visit twice a week and that is 20 minutes at each visit my jaw drops I said this is too much it's out of my budget I'm sorry I have to pass! Then he said so it's $75 for today! I told him the offer on FB was to try it for complementary first visit so that's why I sign-up for! Then he went to his office and start looking at his laptop! I was so embarrassed and angry so I asked him so you don't believe me? I wouldn't have come if it wasn't for the add for try out! Then he asked me if I had been attended on 2011 ? I have been doing The Perfect Workout since February 2013. Obviously I love it, or I would not have hung in there for 5 1/2 years! I am getting noticeably stronger all the time and can easily lift myself up to get on my counter tops to grab things from high shelves or change my clock! I enjoy pushing myself to do longer and slower workouts, and get great encouragement to do so (even when I don't think I want it)! As a 65 year old woman, this is important to me. I go twice a week, and love my trainers. They really care and are encouraging and helpful. I love having someone I'm accountable to. I was referred to The Perfect Workout by a friend over 3 years ago after a back injury. I am glad I signed up and have continued to go regularly since. My first impression was an exceedingly professional environment and the trainer "Sonja Jackson" was remarkably talented. She was very patient answering all of my Micro management questions. I wanted to know everything about this training technique. Sonja's pre-planned workout was phenomenal and I could really feel the difference in my muscle activation. I have known Angela Kading for many years and have had the opportunity to train with her for quiet some time. Working out has always been a chore for me, but not here. I look forward to going to my workouts with Angela and have gained an amazing amount of strength without straining or hurting my muscles. Straining my muscles is something I was always fearful of after surgery but with Angela's guidance and how the company teaches slow motion strength training, I've only gotten stronger with no injury. I never imagined it was possible to get in shape by only dedicating 20 minutes twice a week, but, since joining The Perfect Workout over two years ago, I feel that I am in better physical health at age 59 than I was at 29. My work schedule is hectic, often involving ten hour days, but I (almost) never miss a work out. It would be hard to come up with an excuse for not making 20 minutes available, two days a week, to improve my health. I am in my 60's and although I worked out and was very careful about my weight for many years, in the past 5 years I got lazy and put on weight around my stomach and hips.
