I explained t had been several years since I have done any weight bearing activity and Faraz assured me that was totally fine and I could start at a level that would be challenging but not overwhelming. Evana, the Fit Body Boot Camp instructor, was beyond rude and unprofessional. In my experience, she spoke about clients in a disrespectful, dismissive way that made the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The tone and attitude were shocking for someone who works in a role that's supposed to motivate, support, and encourage people. Instead of feeling inspired or supported, I felt judged and talked down about--exactly the opposite of what a gym should feel like. This is not someone who made me feel safe or comfortable enough to ever want to return. In my opinion, someone who openly talks about clients this way should not be working at this type of business at all. A fitness space should be inclusive and respectful, and this experience was neither. Terrible Lifeguards working here. I would be cautious taking a child here who can't swim…read more Today, there were 5 lifeguards and none of them saw a boy significantly drowning/cannot swim. Did any of them help? Nope... It's like they didn't even see a child right in the middle of the pool screaming for help. Luckily, I walked up when this was happening and saw the boy drowning, and jumped in to save him. He was very shook and still none ever came to check on the drowning kid. What are these lifeguards doing? Is it just a show or can they seriously help a drowning person? This is ridiculous. Other than this BIG experience that happened today, the grounds are clean but they need more tables and chairs around the pool areas. And actually making sure the lifeguards are doing their responsibility.

Flys and mosquitos are a problem here especially at night. (Yes because of the giant lake next to the courts) but again, staff seems to be doing very little to fix these inconveniences to guests. Some good and some bad but overall it depends what you're looking for when coming here. Day time pickleball and swimming, absolutely. Night time pickleball and weddings, probably not.

As a 47 yr old man, I've had many trainers over the past 20 years, but Ali has been my favorite since he is very mild mannered...he is not over the top...he is down-to-earth and focused on results. He comes up with strategies if he notices anything that needs to be fixed, i.e. if muscle gain is slowing down he points out what could be improved nutrition-wise (more protein, adding creatine). Or if muscle growth seems asymmetrical he notices and makes adjustments accordingly. Again, I can't emphasize enough how "normal" he is, as opposed to many of the OC trainers who are covered in tattoos, clubbing at night, and telling you about their personal problems. Ali is very wholesome and successful, so there is no drama with him. His boutique gym has everything you need, especially if you understand how compound movements really increase growth, so plenty of free weights, racks, cages, bands, kettles, etc, not to mention 24 hr access and a great sound system.
