She has been my trainer for the last three and one half years and under her guidance and direction I have been able to achieve goals that I had been working towards for more than 16 years with other trainers. Her level of expertise, attention to form and detail, combined with her positive attitude make her far and away the best I have ever seen in this industry. In the first 16 months with Tiffany I went from 230lbs. to 160lbs. of lean, hard and defined muscle. When I started working with Tiffany (did I say work, yes I did) as a 5' 11" male I could not do one pull-up, but with the same amount of effort that I had been giving to my workouts for over sixteen years, now, under Tiffany's direction, I can do three to four sets of pull-ups of 10-12 reps each. The difference was her vast knowledge, experience and genuine interest that she gives each and every client. She is a Cooper Institute physical fitness specialist and also trained in biomechanics at the Cooper Institute, a nutritionist and diet specialist with over 17 years experience as a personal trainer. She has been where you are and will take you where you want to be! Oh I almost forgot, she qualified as a NPC national figure competitor and competed on a national level for nearly ten years, winning not only first place in her class for figure at her last completion (all natural, no drugs) but also first place overall in figure in the same contest. I've been going to this Orange Theory for about a month now, and this place is pretty good. I've…read moreworked out at other locations, both in the DFW area and in other states, and this location is better than average. The price point is better than competing gyms like RevFit or F45, and the workout is just as good. Orange Theory uses heart rate monitoring to guide you during the workout. The coach will tell you to get to base (the green zone) or to push or go all out (orange or red zones). The colored zone you're in shows up on a few big TVs around the room and at the cardio equipment you're on, so you always have a good idea how much effort you're giving and can manage your heart rate according. The actual session is typically 60 minutes. A short warm up and exercise demo is followed by 30ish minutes on the treadmill, rower, or bike, and then another 30ish minutes of floor exercises (similar to a HIIT or circuit training workout). You can actually choose if you want to start with cardio or the floor first. Overall I'm happy with Orange Theory and this location. I recommend giving it a try if you're interested. They even do military/first responder discounts!

The membership fee for the first month is prorated to Dec 17th, a $1 start up fee is charged, and the first full monthy membership fee is due on Jan 17, next payment is due Feb 17th plus the annual $49 maintenance fee. I have to use my checking account number for the monthly membership and maintenance fee debits? I dont like automatic deductions from my checking account. Are there any alternatives?

She listens to me and understands what I am trying to achieve. She only pushes me as much as I allow. When my shoulder hurts she includes more lower body exercises, when my hip hurts she includes more upper body exercises. She listens to me and adjusts the workout to suit how I am doing that day. I cannot recommend Kailey enough. She will help you to achieve your goals and she knows what works and how to gently encourage me. If you want to feel better this time next year then definitely hire Kailey as your coach. You will be a healthier person because of it.

The childcare center is always clean and I love the ladies who work in there, they always remember us and my son (10 months old) gets excited when he sees them. The monthly fee is ridiculously cheap for a gym, especially with all the classes, childcare, equipment and good machines. The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is because they either need better fans or AC in the fitness class area. It gets super hot in warm weather, almost to the point of not being able to work out. If you love Zumba, Jennifer is the most amazing teacher! I go to her class every week and always enjoy it!
