Here too similar to Lennox there's a lot of parking that has been prohibited for anyone to park for free and rather it's being reserved for you to pay for valet parking. So if you're lucky, you'll find a good spot. At this mall, there is a sax Fifth Avenue but there is no Neiman Marcus. This mall also has the Hermes store which was the real reason for the visit. However, it's proximity to the Nobu hotel and the Noble restaurant is also very convenient. I will say this place is filled with security, which is really impressive and it is sad though that there are quite a few stores in here that are still empty looking for tenants. But if you're looking for super high-end and Neiman Marcus and Lennox Malk doesn't meet your criteria drive a little bit further less than a mile away and you are exactly where you need to be. Randomly walked in here because my watch was getting serviced next-door so we had a little bit of…read moretime to kill. I am used to buying this typically from Neiman Marcus or Nordstrom in the past. So it was great to see its own standalone store. After walking in we quickly were helped, and were the sales person was able to identify the scent that I knew of, but did not know the name. So absolutely fantastic that he knew exactly what I was talking about and exactly what I needed and was able to locate it. We ended up getting a hair mask as well as a perfume. And lucky on this day they were doing free engraving. My picture show the engraving of our names. However, you could have chosen almost anything. There was even choices as fonts and colors and sizes, etc.. Along with our purchase, we got a couple of samples as well, which was great. And everything was so nicely packaged in their cute shopping bags with the colored tissue. If I'm ever back here again, I will definitely be stopping at the store. They've always loved this brand and their products. But now I get to love it directly from them as opposed to doing it through a department store.

The only reason I gave it four stars was because of how they handle parking here by blocking off so much parking, which is now reserved for valet so they can charge you. Which I think is absolutely absurd when there's ample ample parking at the mall, but because they block it off, there's literally almost no parking at the mall. With the size of this mall, I would expect all parking to be fully open to anyone and everyone who wants to come in here and park and shop. What is especially great about the mall is that it has stores that I have never seen anywhere in the Midwest area for example Sandro and Maje. So glad I was able to walk into those stores and see their product line and this is the first time I've done it outside of Europe Anything you could ever want you can find it at the mall so please come here if you're ever in need of anything and it's hectic on the weekends as expected, but the place is fantastic!!!

Me and a girlfriend stayed in the Lenox Mall area for the Memorial Day Week and during our visit we shopped at The Body Shop to take advantage of the sales offers so we could both stock up. One item I purchased and love is the Olive Shower Gel which has a pump and unfortunately, the pump broke during my first attempt to use it. Since we had left Atlanta, I called back to the local Lenox Mall store and requested a replacement pump. I've just received two pump replacements, an olive soap and a personal card (doesn't appear to be a standard card). I can't thank The Body Shop enough and for everyone that I am buying birthday gifts for, they will come from The Body Shop and I will spread the word of their "GREAT" customer service. Thank you for making my day and reminding me of how I can do a good deed as well and make others feel good. I will continue to pass it on.
