This place is a winner! I was a first timer, and experienced terrific customer service. The gal at the front showed me how to use all the gadgets and everything you need to wash your pup is available. There is plenty of stations. I was worried about not having to make an appt, but it didn't matter, as we waited 5 min. They also made time in their busy place to clip my pup's nails. I will definitely be returning. Please visit them for a pet wash. Oh ya, they have delicious dog treats. Mine gobbled the jerky.

I usually groom my large standard Goldendoodle myself, but this time I needed additional help because he got into the way of a skunk and the odor was not coming out. Isaac and The Pet Wash to the rescue! This was my first time and I never knew how easy it could be to groom. I usually spend at least 3 to 4 hours for Buddy's bath and dry. With the supplies at The Pet Wash it took me less than an hour!!! Buddy will be getting all his baths here from now on! Thank you Isaac for your help and patience with the skunk deodorizer too!

We adopted Zip recently and it seems he's had some past trauma at the groomer so our experience at PetSmart was not so good. We were referred to The Pet Wash and were eager to try it out given their philosophy. It did not disappoint. They treated Zip super well and his cut was perfect. Quick, too. Worth the price.

I love it here super affordable and convenient for in between grooming . I love the customer service.

Normally I would wash my dog myself and have before. Due to surgery recovery I can't ask my boy myself. This was why I made an appointment for a wash for Nudnick. Whilst I did have to cancel for today, for medical reasons, I was getting ready to book another appointment where I realized that I hadn't ask the price. My dog looks literally the dog icon and weighs 22 lbs. I asked the price and the guy on the phone said, "$70.00!" I said shocked, for a Chichi/ Italian Greyhound Mix?!? He said yes and added that's because I cancelled inside the 24 hour mark, he was going to make a notation on my information card and that I would have to have a deposit first in order to book another appointment. I said, No thanks, I will ask a friend to wash my boy instead from now on. This is all very disappointing to me. I have been a customer since Tje Pet Wash opened their door, with my first Cocker Spaniel who lost both of his eyes due to glaucoma. Thomas, James & Maribel were friends. I cannot afford $70 for a short hair dog It's ridiculous and sad. I will continue to recommend TPW but I will let the person asking know the prices. Annie read more

$22 dollars for 40 min and they give your everything you need. Went on a Sunday around 3 pm and only waited 10 min. The girls are very helpful and explained how things worked. We had shampoos, conditioner, ear cleaning supplies and towels. We will definitely bring our Honey back read more

This review is for the owner James. James, as a fellow business owner, I'm appalled at how you set pricing and how you apparently change or pick pricing based on...what...and from your house?! Our dog as quoted $55 for his "size" and washing time when we started. It has never been consistent but has always remained within about $5 of that amount. It's always annoyed me and I've said so to your manager. Today I was shocked as I came to pick up my dog after a wash that was 45 min as always and told it was $70. When I balked at the price the woman behind the counter said she couldn't tell me why it would be that price and that you SET THE PRICES FROM HOME. Did you forget the price? What is happening here. The manager dug our a paper listing $65 for 45 min. Still more than I normally pay, but less than your made up new price. When I asked why James would have made a new price then he couldn't think of a reason. He did then say, well you're kind of late. I got there at 11:55 after being asked to arrive at 11:50. Well within your written grace period (the only thing you actually list) and had to wait for a customer ahead of me and the to speak with the manager. I wasn't late. And the price had clearly been set much before then. Get it together - price fairly, consistently and clearly or people will abandon. No matter how nice your staff is. And by the way, your staff is LOVELY and they do a great job. If you're going to sit at home, let them run the business and set clear pricing. You don't even have a price sheet to give people. This is ridiculously stupid. There's a sheet under the counter the manager pulled out that I was allowed to take a photo of. And by the way, I was still overcharged based on that. So, clearly nothing you do is consistent. Fix your business practices or you're going to lose more customers. read more

I went and it had no posting that they were closed for remodeling. I drove pretty far to check this place out and I called and nothing about them stating they would be closed so I took a chance and they were closed. I always call but since there was no vice mail system stating the would be closed yeah not good! read more

My boyfriend and I recently moved to the area and were searching for a local self service dog wash to avoid the mess of bathing our pets at home. We took our two small dogs in yesterday as walk ins and were immediately put into a room. The staff was super helpful at explaining their amenities and answered any questions we had. The facility was clean and had everything we needed! We were in and out of there in 45 minutes with both dogs. We'll definitely be returning! read more

Very clean facility. The shampoo and cream rinse were excellent quality I was able to give my dog an excellent bath without bending over. The water temperature regulated very nicely to warm The towels that they provided were a nice quality We were in and out of there within 20 minutes Totally worth the fee plus a tip for the nice young lady Evelyn that's running the facility read more

Walked in there today 12/29/24 @ 4:23pm looking to wash my dog. The lady denied us saying that although they close at 5 PM we had to arrive by 4:20 PM at the latest so that we would have enough time to finish our Wash session by 5 PM.. If I walk into a restaurant that closes at 5 PM at 4:55 PM nine out of 10 times they will seat me and serve me past 5 PM . She could easily squeeze us in and we would've finished no later than 5 PM. Maybe she was just following the owners protocol, but she did not seem sympathetic that we just missed the cutoff.. read more

This place is wonderful! I dropped my Irish Doodle and German short haired pointer to get washed and they came back clean and smelling great. My doodle looked better than he ever had before! My husband was like "Wow! I've never seen Dexter look so good!" Now I know why they are so booked up! They are very nice and accommodating. Fantastic customer service is what keeps me coming back! That and the fact that they have all the supplies you need to wash your pet like q-tips, shampoo, conditioner, cotton balls and the best part...an apron that keeps you dry!! I took my dog to the Petco do-it-yourself dog wash and all they had was shampoo, a towel and I think, flimsy apron that did nothing to keep my clothes from being soaked. Plus it cost more! I'll stick with The Pet Wash!! read more

I always take my two pups, a beagle mix and an American bully. Great facilities that can accommodate both my puppers (70+ lbs each). Makes washing them fast and hassle free. All that is needed included (shampoo, conditioner, ear cleaner, towels etc). Excellent read more

My daughter and I took our German Shepard in for the self bathing. The wait time was only 5 minutes. This was our first time visiting this so we were asked to fill out a little form it was quick and easy. I was so pleased with the visit. They provide everything one might need to bath your pet in it's own private area. This is a plus for us since our dog is a barker... he barks at each and every dog. He's not aggressive just talkative lol The tubs are raised so your back won't suffer. The prices are reasonable, pretty much the same as the other self bathing locations we have taken our dog. $20-$25 for 40 minutes and I don't have to clean and de-fur my bathroom definitely worth it. If you need more time they do offer that as an option for a fee. We will definitely be returning read more

That honesty gave us a great deal of confidence that Harper's well-being was always the priority. Our sitter, Lindsay, was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, caring, and clearly took the time to get to know Harper rather than simply stopping by to complete a checklist. The updates after each visit were one of our favorite parts of the service. We received thoughtful notes and videos by text after every visit. We especially appreciated that everything came through text rather than requiring a separate app. The communication was outstanding and gave us tremendous peace of mind while we were away. We genuinely looked forward to Lindsay's notes and videos after each visit. Her thoughtful updates let us follow Harper's progress throughout our trip, and it was wonderful to see him become more and more comfortable with her. My 4-year-old cocker spaniel, Bentley, is very energetic and hates being bathed. I resulted to trying to do it myself and it was difficult. After trying different places that couldn't handle him, I gave up. The Pet Wash was recommended by a client that they will be able to handle him. I didn't try them right away, but I'm so happy that I finally did. Carlos was his groomer and did a fantastic job, from the time Bentley was introduced to him. Carlos was able to see Bentley behavior and knew that he was not a threat. And was able to get him in a somewhat calm state. He guaranteed me that he would be able to do the job and he did. Unfortunately, I have to give this place a one-star rating. I've been here several times, but my most recent visit will definitely be my last. When I picked up my dog, I specifically asked how everything went, and the groomer assured me that everything was fine. However, I later discovered that my dog had multiple cuts from the clippers near his private area. I'm not here to publicly shame anyone, so I decided to reach out to The Pet Wash directly. I was promised a call from the owner, instead, I received a call asking for "proof." I wasn't even trying to get a refund; I simply wanted the business to acknowledge that their staff had injured my dog and failed to mention it. Your pets deserve better care; consider taking them elsewhere. read more

I took my dog here for the first time, two weeks ago. I paid $35 to have her washed and nails clipped. When I picked my dog up, they hadn't clipped her nails because they claimed it would've made her bleed. Then told me they had to scrub her ear because it was dirty, I looked at her ear and it was raw and very red. After two weeks, the redness has increased and her ear is now infected. It cost me $400 at a vet to handle her ear infection. Can I make a suggestion and never ever use this dog groomer unless you enjoy half service and huge vet bills. read more

I saw a coupon on google for this place so I tried it. I have a Great Dane who hates baths. The people here helped me get Ralphie into the tub and showed me how to use everything. The shampoo and conditioner came out with the water. The oatmeal shampoo and conditioner were included in the price ($15) I pay extra at every other place. They gave me a bunch of samples of some grainfree dog foods and turned me on to their natural flea control that is not a poison like the ones I been using. Thanx guys! read more

Hey I always hate to spend money getting my tiny dog groomed. But as i'm sure many of you husbands out there know. That doesn't always matter. As far as getting it done goes however. The Pet Wash is a pretty cool place. Reasonably priced, they are always done on time, and it might just be me but some times i feel like my little terror doesn't mind being dragged there as much as she does some of the other groomers we have visited in the past. read more

I feel very comfortable bringing my pet hare. I want there on a monthly basis for the self-service bathing of my dog. They bathed and dried my pet very carefully. I really liked their service . They complete their work in a very short time. The staff are helpful and friendly and provide efficient service. I really like their service.
