Located at the north east corner of Woodbine and Highway 7. There is plenty of parking and accessible parking out front. The dining room is well laid out with plenty wide aisle for wheelchairs. There is a nice variety of items to select from. The service is prompt and friendly. The food is fresh and flavourful. The pho is very flavourful and the beef/ broth warms you up on those cooler days The BBH is rich and a comfort food for a hearty satisfying meal The fresh rolls are plenty big and filled with flavours with a perfect dipping sauce. The coconut coffee is a hidden gem and don't stir up. Let the flavours mix naturally for a nice surprise Definitely coming back when my cravings beg for a hearty pho

As a Viet person, this place is % legit goodness Got the phở, bún bò huế, and phở rau cải. They came out boiling hot, perfect for a cold day Broth was delicious and service was quick. Vibes are bustling, cozy, family-owned shop in strip mall location. Would eat here again

This has always been my favourite Vietnamese spot, but this visit was disappointing. The menu says shredded ginger, yet as my photo shows, the broth was full of diced chunks of ginger. Shredded should be thin slivers that blend in -- diced pieces were overpowering and unpleasant to bite into. I asked and was told they use a food processor, but that doesn't make it shredded. The broth itself was fine, but the inaccurate menu description really took away from the experience. Hoping they correct this, because I usually love coming here.

A busy pho restaurant in the plaza across from First Markham Place. This place was packed around 12:30pm with a short line forming. Service wise, they were okay. We were greeted and sat quickly and they were not rude but there wasn't much interactions other than dropping off our food. They didn't even mention that we had to scan the QR code to order which we didn't know as it was our first time here. I do like ordering from the app though as you can have a couple of customizations such as the type of noodles, broth type, toppings for the vermicelli (choose 3 out of 8 options), etc. We ordered a standard pho and a vermicelli and they both came out quickly. I thought the pho broth was pretty good and rich, but the beef was a little tough. This bowl was also a little small considering the price. For the vermicelli, both meats were pretty juicy and flavourful. However the spring rolls were very lacking in my opinion. They were crispy but also very thin and kind of bland. This kind of ruin the dish for me as the spring roll is usually my favourite part. The price is kind of steep but you do get quite a bit of meat. Overall, I would say this is a decent place for pho but definitely on the pricey side.

actually one of my fave pho restaurants in markham!! portions are generous and reasonable for the price. food were all fresh and delicious. 9/10 for flavour ambience was nice - pretty busy on a sunday night but felt very homey. service was fast. order on your phone and food comes in 5-10 mins. will definitely be back!!

Came by on a Sunday just before 12pm and it got quite busy after. I ordered a vermicelli, it came with 3 choices of toppings so I got 2 chicken and a spring roll. For $19 it wasn't quite worth it in my opinion so is the chicken wings $14.95. Service was great but prices are pretty steep.

My absolute go-to place for Vietnamese Vermicelli (Bún) bowl! To be honest, my review is only based on this dish because I only order this item on all my visits. There's nothing too special about how they prepare this dish except that you can choose the ground beef wrapped in betel leaves which is done really well here and there's not a lot of Vietnamese restaurants that have this meat as a topping. I also like that you can customize this dish by selecting 3 toppings and they have lots of choices like sugar cane shrimp cake and bean curd shrimp cake which is also my favourite. I usually pick the ground beef in betel leave, deep fried bean curd shrimp cake and grilled pork. So yummy! If you like Vietnamese Bún, then you definitely should give this place a try!Note also 5% off if you pay in cash!

Fall apart beef chunks and very tender carrot pieces. Also has some of the best milkshakes, especially the durian one.

Aside from its convenient location, nothing spectacular here. Food is somewhat below average compared to other pho places in Markham and Richmond Hill. Both the taste and the presentation are subpar here. It is food court quality food charges for a restaurant price. To me, it is just not worth it if you have tried other pho places in the York Region area. Service here could have been better definitely. Waiters have attitude. Not sure because it's low pay or understaffed. After trying other pho places along Hwy-7 15~20min away from here either to the west or east direction, you will see the difference. Not worth spending too much time to write a lot. I just don't recommend this place.

This was my first time coming to this new location. The Pho was my regular go to place for Vietnamese at the original location. On entry, we were quickly seated as it was just after lunch time. The menu choices are reduced vs the old restaurant. We ordered the Bun/vermicelli and the chicken pad Thai. The bun is only one option now - 3 choices for $18.95. I went with spring roll, beef and chicken. The serving size was just OK, not huge. The chicken had nice lemongrass flavour and tender. The beef, tough and chewy. The spring roll was alright. While the flavour wasn't bad, I would expect better for $18.95. The chicken pad Thai had good seasoning and taste. However, the noodles were gummy. Service was basic. Overall I will go to other Vietnamese restaurants before I return here.

Quality has gone down ever since they closed their original location. Small "everything" pho wasn't bad, but the soup was lacking some flavour. The tomato brisket noodles was huge and it was $17.95. It was tasty and I did get a lot of beef shank. However, I couldn't finish the noodles because it was huge and when I asked for a container, I was told it would cost $0.50 + tax. My only reaction was "do i have a choice?". It felt like they would rather let the food go to waste! In fact, I did witness a table leaving behind a whole dish of beansprouts and half a bowl of noodles. I think it was my first time paying so much for a plastic container!

Mmmm yum! So conveniently located, right off highway 7 and close to all the shopping, this is the perfect stop! Love the authentic menu and the dishes are also authentic. The soup broth is really rich and tasty. Fried spring rolls are crispy and chunky yummy! Definitely coming again! Just look at my pics.....drool

Located in the Shawarma Stop plaza across from FMP on the Burger King side. There's not that much parking but usually the lot isn't too packed. My friends and I stopped by on a saturday evening after a session of badminton. We JUST managed to dodge the dinner rush as we arrived at around 6:30 and got a table for 6 with no reservation. The minute we all got seated there was a line packed out the door and the yelp waitlist updated in real time to reflect a 20-40 min wait *phew*. The original pho was pretty good according to my friends. I did try some of their broth. It was nice! My personal fave place for pho is still Pho Anh Vu on Hwy 7. That place is untouchable right now imo because of their great taste and HUGE portion sizes. I ordered the pho tai sa te (satay broth) while the friend next to me ordered pho tai ca ri (curry broth). They both tasted good but the ca ri broth tasted great! It was more complex and layered than the satay broth. Next time I'm back, my go-to will definitely be the curry broth. None of us tried the vermicelli bowls so I can't comment on that. At the end of the meal, the server notified us that they couldn't split the bill but they gave us a 5% cash discount which was appreciated (usually if you pay in cash you get 10% off but it's fine). Service itself was pretty good. The servers were all friendly and prompt. I do wish they kept the tiny sauce dishes at the tables for easy access though (you have to ask the server for a specified number). One thing that's special about this place is they also let you build your own bowl of noodles (same concept as Deer Garden) which is cool for a viet place. This is a solid spot for Viet eats! I think they are definitely on the pricier side for the portions they give (the L and XL sizes should be bigger in my honest opinion) so Pho Anh Vu will still be my go-to viet spot in the Richmond Hill/Markham area.

The noodles had a good bounce which I liked and the broth, although a little bit weak was very clean and had a good taste. You get lots of meat so the ratio is very good. I also got a pork and pate banh mi. This was nicely toasted and again you get a ton of meat ($8.99). All in all without drinks lunch cost me about $35 + tip, but these days everything is expensive. I had high expectations for the place but the experience did not quite live up to them. The famous dry wings were interesting. Nice and crispy but saltier than I would like. They were also coated in some kind of sugar which was unique. It was served with a lime sauce for dipping which really just tasted like pure lime juice. I think Im partial to the plain wings which is why this menu item wasnt a hit for me. The banh mi was great. Nice size, great crusty bread yet soft on the inside. The sandwich was packed with beef and then piled high with fresh pickled carrots and daikon. The butter spread was tasty. BUT the sando was missing a key component! Did not have pate which is the rich flavor I look forward to and in my opinion seperates the banh mi from other sandiwiches. The banh xeo was huge! Comes with all the fixins(mint, rice paper, lettuce, pickled veggies, beansprouts) and stuffed with pork and shrimp. I prefer the crepe to be thicker than how it was served here. It was paper thin, so crispy. So it lacked that texture I craved but the coconutty flavours were there. This is one of 2 Nam locations - the other in Richmond Hill.
