My wife even decided to sneak in another piercing and he was super cool about it and didn't hesitate to do both of them. His patience and professionalism were both top notch for my wife he took the time to show her a couple different ways hers could be done and didn't rush her on a decision. My daughter went next and though it was just a traditional lobe he took his time marking the dot and even double checked the symmetry with calipers (he nailed it first shot) he was up front yet comforting at the same time walking her through the process and had everything ready to go and efficiently knocked out both earrings quick and painless. Jingles is definitely our go to guy for my wife's next piercings and my daughters next ones ( in 10 or so years) and also our go to recommendation from here forward. For anyone wanting to come: please beware of the fact that they are closed form 4-5 PM for lunch. I came on a Saturday afternoon to a sign posted on the door stating the closure. After perusing at UV for a bit over an hour, they reopened, However, when I returned, I was told that they would no longer be offering services for the remainder of the day due to their piercer leaving early. Typically, they announce such same-day service disruptions on their social media but (for whatever reason), did not in this day. Had I known, I would've stuck with my original plan of going to another shop when we found out. It is crucial to note that there were other customers sitting in the lobby waiting (for what I presume were piercing services). While Laughing Buddha offers an expansive selection of jewelry, their pieces are far from inexpensive. Their staff is usually helpful but may have a condescending tone? I've messaged their owner about this and a separate instance from a couple years ago and received a sincere apology. Since then, I've noticed that there has definitively been a drastic improvement in their customer experience.

Within 3 months one of the pair of earrings broke. I got the replacement last week and without even wearing it one single time one earring broke already just seems fishy that the same model of earring broke within 6 days when I refused to pay an additional $15 for a second warranty. I've never had earrings break this easily ever. I will say they did offer to let me buy another warranty to replace it and extend it to another year but I don't think that it's fair. ( if I had the earrings longer and worn them I would understand). Just fyi you're better off buying earrings somewhere else.

Ask about their BOGO promotion if you visit. For about $95 I got 2 pairs of earrings and 2 piercings. Not bad. The pain was also not bad at all. I had a hard time choosing where I wanted one of the piercings located on my cartilage and Jalen help choose the perfect spot. It turned out really cute and Jalen was genuinely happy to see how much I enjoyed my new piercings. Thank you for a good experience!
