She was kind and comforting on the phone while being the upmost professional. As for the food everything was wonderful we did a menu more like a bbq and added lobster rolls to the mix (I love lobster & husband loves bbq) but the number one thing on their menu that I still crave is their jalapeño honey butter corn bread! Seriously need to try it if you can. The Team! I cannot say enough about the team they were so sweet and so accommodating, flexible and just made you really feel like we hired the right people to do the right job. I am in the customer service industry and I was beyond pleased with each and every one of them. We hired a Bartender, two wait staff and a chef all of them have the best personalities and just made you feel the way you need to at your wedding. The truck also sells drinks, candy/snacks, coffee (hot and iced), and ice cream. La Sirena is a quick spot to visit while at Ditch Plains go grab a bite and head right back to the sand and surf. This event was nicely laid out, plenty of space for cues at each truck, plenty of seating, plenty of garbage / recycle cans, gorgeous weather, great crowd, no shenanigans, very nice food truck staff (at each one), and absolutely perfect weather. This was their fourth annual and you really get your bang for your buck at this event. My favorite food truck food was Pizza Luca's Filetti Pizza and my favorite food truck aesthetically, was The Hamptons Aristrocrat. Thank you to our fabulous CM Drew and to Yelp - I love you guys. I've gotten lobster rolls ranging from the Guppy (smallest) all the way to the Whale (largest, obviously). Yes, it's expensive but I don't think they skimp on any of their portions! 4oz always looks like 4oz, etc.. My favorites that I come back for are the LOBSTER FRITTERS, they are outstanding! The hot lobster roll and I also truly love, and their cold lobster roll with the citrus mayo. They have different selections of mayo for the cold rolls you can choose from... I believe there might be a truffle and then there's also classic mayo. Most rolls come with arugula on them which I don't opt for lettuce/greens on any of my rolls but I don't mind it here because it's just a touchhhhh of arugula They have a cute little shaded area you can sit in to eat your meal, although it's usually empty because most just take it to-go but my favorite is parking the car and eating it outside :)

We stopped, were greeted cheerfully, and quickly found parking before heading to the window to order. My daughter had been there before, but this was my first visit, and we were both treated very well by the staff, including the Vice President of the Shinnecock Nation, who teased me for comparing their lobster rolls with ones I had tried previously at the original Lobster Roll in Montauk, Lunch in Southampton, and Cousins' Maine Lobster trucks back in Pennsylvania. He said theirs use fresh, not frozen lobster meat and are better. We both got the four ounce "Guppy" served Hamptons style - warm lobster topped with warm butter and chives over a bed of arugula served on a toasted brioche roll that came with a generous portion of classic shoestring fries and a pickle. Our sandwiches and fries were terrific, and I even got to try a Montauk iced tea, a local favorite that has half the sugar of Gold Peak sweet tea and came highly recommended by one of the private chefs in the Hamptons that I follow on social media.
