** Update: Regarding jessicas response: it's not "fair to all members" when you have people with disabilities who have voiced the issue and you refuse to accommodate documented disabilities, that have been with the person for twenty years and it's not going to get better. To make it "fair to all" you should provide an exception if someone is willing to provide a diagnosis to you. If I have a seizure during the night it's ridiculous that you would be so black and white saying I should have anticipated that.** I went from being obsessed with the Riverside location, buying all their merch, to being unable to recommend them solely on policies and management. I want to preface, they can have whatever policy they want and that's great if they are unable to be able to relate to chronic health issues. If you have unpredictable health issues, conditions, disorders, they do not care. You either cancel 12 hours before a class or pay $18. Even if you explain this being an issue they will stick by you only get 2 absences waived a year. I understood that and then would loyally pay my missed class without saying anything. Then because it was such short notice (2 hours ish) I messaged them about the health concern I was facing and they said I already had my 2 waived cancellations and I said ok I just wanted to let you know. I didn't press about it again but had explained it was causing me to be unable to book classes because the fees from cancelling, the night prior. (I'm literally meaning 8:30 pm for a 7:30 am NOT WAITLISTED OR FULL class) I get if I'm no showing, if there was a waitlist, or they were missing pay because you held up a spot (with your unlimited membership), to full and waitlisted class, or if you were going to be the only one in the class. But if I have something happen 11 hours prior, and cancel a half full class that has no waitlist, because I know I will be throwing up all night, it's $18. So even though it isn't even until tomorrow at 7:30 am, cancel at 8:00 pm and you're charged. Late cancellation I tried speaking with them about this to explain and the only person who was genuinely making me feel apart of the community was Sonia. She was the primary reason that I was still going to get a class pack after saying I had to cancel the membership. I genuinely looked forward to her classes and it made me feel normal. Again, I am genuinely glad that management has not ever had longterm health issues that cause debilitating issues that are not predictable 12 hours in advance. read more

I've visited several Pilates Circle locations, and while this one is larger and still clean, it didn't feel as spotless as the others. As soon as I walked in, it was stuffy with a slight odor. My instructor was kind and welcoming but a little soft spoken and lacked some energy. However, as always, I always have a great workout at Pilates Circles. read more

Love the heated Pilates option at this location! I wish it was available at the other locations but I'll make the little bit extra drive for it. Such a good addition. read more

The Pilates circle has many locations. That's one of the biggest conveniences for me. I can take a class closer to home or work. My home studio is this one in riverside. Favorite instructors are Mariah and Teri they both are very knowledgeable and make the classes very easy to follow. The studio is clean and I always have a great workout. read more

I've been going to the Pilates Circle Studios for over a year and I can't rave enough about them. I travel around to all the studios to hone in on my practice with all the different instructors but I especially enjoy coming to the riverside location! Riverside is the largest studio I've been to and they have some of the best instructors--Mariah, Somer, Sonia and Teri are all wonderful and they all take the time to teach you and ensure you get a great workout. They are also great at connecting with each of their different clients which I really respect. Not only do they have reformer classes but they also have mat classes, heated classes, and multiple apparatus classes like jump board, trx and springboard classes. There are always a variety of classes to choose from beginner to advanced classes. The first class is free so you should definitely take advantage but getting a membership is the way to go! If you want to be a part of a studio that is a welcoming environment and offers the best workouts, you should come here! The best part about the entire Pilates Circle group is that every studio I go to has such a diverse group of ppl attending each class--everyone is going through their own journey and you have a group of all ages trying to be their best self! The ppl they attract truly make the experience even better! read more

All of the instructors at this location are great and I appreciate having midweek stretch classes. There are such a variety of classes throughout the day. read more

Their newest location is huge!! Kinda hidden in the corner and probably nicer in the day time only because the coffee house next door had live music going so it was competing noise. The Instructor was new and had a great personality wish we did more glute work per the class name but it was still a great work out. Love this chain! Lots of locations to choose from. read more

i took advantage of the free first class and i'm so glad i did! i took the pilates power core class with teri. she incorporated booty bands and hand weights. everything was perfect! i will definitely be back to try the reformers classes. read more

I really wanted to love this place, but a few things felt off. Walking in was awkward the instructor was sitting on a reformer scrolling on her phone, so I didn't even realize she was the instructor until she asked for my name. I've taken Pilates before, but the cues here felt off, and I noticed she missed working the other side at one point. I also happened to be in the front, and she kept using me as the example, which was pretty uncomfortable. On top of that, the studio setup didn't help the mirrors are far from the reformers and not aligned well, so it's hard to check your form, and the lighting is super bright, more like an office than a workout studio...maybe I'll try another location with a different instructor to see if the experience feels better read more

Instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging, especially if you're new to pilates. I've had no problem getting into a class unlike other studios where you have to sign up weeks in advance. Also love the variety of classes. read more

I love coming to this Pilates studio! It's one of the larger studios, which makes me feel more comfortable and relaxed during class. Because there's so much space, more people are able to join without it ever feeling crowded. All of the instructors are incredibly kind and always so welcoming, creating such a warm and positive space. read more

If you're thinking about trying Pilates do it! You won't regret it! Rebekah is one of my favorite teachers and I'm so happy she's teaching at this studio! She is so positive and encouraging. Teri is awesome as well! Hoping we get more early (5:30/6am) all level or 1.5-2 classes at this location soon! Also the proximity to daily brew .
