We had a minor thing happen due to something they just didn't foresee happening but they thanked us for letting them know and being kind about it and fixed things right away. If you ever have any question or issue, please just tell them and they will totally fix it right away. They are sooooo sweet and friendly. Protect them at all costs!! The menu is made up of a map and they provide everyone with their own personal flashlight to see it. When you order certain drinks, it triggers various special effects. At times, it felt like an adult rainforest cafe with changing sounds and lights.
