Such a poor experience with this company. Started out great with a price appropriate quote for installing a vinyl fence. Next thing you know the project he said he'd start that week and would take 5-7 days gets pushed back two weeks for materials, then another week because the wrong materials were purchased. Then he does part of the install and disappears for over a week cut to two months later the fence is installed but doesn't open and the posts aren't stable and there is dirt and construction debris all over my yard. When we asked him to come back and fix it, he comes back and makes a minimal attempt at fixing the gate and posts still leaving trash in the yard and we found out he broke our sprinkler line costing us an extra $250. The whole thing took 3 months, not 5-7 days. At this point, I wouldn't trust him to fix me a sandwich. Hire at your own risk. read more

We hired Jackson based on his excellent reviews online. After offering Jackson the job, he was rarely available. For the $100/square foot we paid, the work was sub-standard. The crown moulding was not completely caulked which left visible gaps. We found nails and painter's tape in our garbage disposal along with paint in our kitchen sink. Even though we tagged all the touch-ups, the painters disregarded them--they were nice guys but at $12,000, we expected our place to look satisfactory. read more

My job included removing an existing recessed TV wall mount, patching a large hole with plaster, sanding, orange peel texture, paint, and installing a Mantel Mount for a 65" TV. The job took much longer than expected because the plaster took a while to dry. However, Jackson still made himself available on the weekend to finish the job for the same great deal. The quality of work was very good (although still room for slight improvement), however, for the value certainly can't be beat. Jackson is also personable and honest, which are admirable qualities. I contacted the Pink Guy for a quote on some work that needed to be done at my condo. Jackson contacted me back immediately and he was so easy to deal with. I will definitely work with them again. A couple of bathrooms and one wall of my living room (about 11' high) needed to be painted. He came in to see the job and provided me a quote. Though it was a little higher than I could swing, Jackson totally worked with the budget I had. And when I wasn't happy with the living room wall, he immediately sent back his guy, Sunny, to fix it.
